Character name(s) are all the characters on the account or accounts that you're asking to be helped with, exactly as they appear on the server.
Do not post more than once about the same ship. We have lives too, and will try to get it fixed as soon as possible. This means, no bumps, no quotes. It makes the queue confusing and harder for us to deal with.
