//for the moment, closed RP between me and stewcool, and maybe jimmy if you want to join in.
The Citadelle de Quebec lazily made it's final orbit around California Minor before it engaged full drive at escaping velocity. The hum of the single fusial engine could even be heard in the quarter of general Kaitlynn, where she still laid in her bed, her eyes wide openned.
Her comm unit was bipping with insistance for a few seconds already, but she didn't felt like moving to take up the call. Her mind was quite absent today.
At first, there was this agent from the LSF, Jimmy, with which she somehow managed to share a certain sympathy after all what the young man went through. For some reason, despite her best efforts, the picture of the handsome young man still stayed in her mind for a long while... yes, there was something different in the lowly ranked agent that made him quite different from every other naval or LSF officers that tried to court her...
Ah but she wasn't going to think about this for all day long...
More importantly, she dispatched in the early hours of the morning a liberty cruiser of rather recent fabrication. The fact a whole cruiser's crew decided to defect with its commander... was most disturbing. What was going on? The commander looked serious when she talked about hunting down the nomads.
And then, there were their recent orders directly from high command concerning the Citadelle de Quebec and possible operations of prime importance... in Alaska.
Could it be, the situation was now getting out of control as she suspected ever since the first time she was dispatched in the system, during the St-Mitchell incident?
... smoke was reducing the visibility of her men. She had trouble seeing through the highly intoxicated area, despite her combat helmet. Then, a group of men in Liberty naval uniform came out of nowhere, shooting widly. They weren't serious about taking down her squad of course. They were merely there to slow them down, and disrupt their moral slowly.
But every time one of these suicide killer died, their eyes flashed for one last second this bright, plasma like aura, signing them as a nomad infested being...
The fact, during their last seconds they became themselves again, asking for her help, was most distressing.
"General Kaitlynn?"
She jumped slightly, before realising the voice came from her comm unit. Well, captain Lavoie must be really in a hurry to have activated the overide...
"Yes captain?"
"Sorry to bother you, general. But High Command has requested a change of plan. We are to stop by the Missouri, where a prison liner will take the crew to Manhattan where they will be court martialed as intended."
There was a slight pause. The voice came back, slightly hesitant - barely noticeable except by someone who knew him.
"The high ranked officers and commander Elation however, are to be taken within Area 21... for interogation. They wish you to be there as well. A heavily armored Rhino military shuttle will come pick you and the prisonners to... St-Mitchell. We are ordered to wait for your return meanwhile, with standard patrol duties."
Another pause, then,
"Good luck, Isabelle."
Kaitlynn remained silent for a long time. Finally, commander Trinity was quite right...
It wasn't going to be as simple as she hoped. Not at all.
"Copy that, captain. And thanks."

The order was given, Commander Trinity Elation and her crew were put on board the armored rhino.
Kaitlynn, Commander of The Citadelle de Quebec, came on board last.
The whole crew of Trinity knew what was ahead. So they all stayed quite.
Trinity Elation was deep in thought. Thinking, what will become of her cruiser. Her crew and their lives.
What she nor the people on board the Rhino knew was that the Order Guard found out about the Cruiser going missing. The Cruiser, Trinity watched, was escorting the rhino to St. Mitchell. Her Cruiser the Liberty Cruiser that got herself and her crew into all this.
Trinity watched, out the little window she had, the mines go by as the Rhino entered Zone-21 the entrance to Alaska was dead ahead.
Entering Alaska wasn't what the 106th,men of the Citadelle de Quebec who took the cruiser for decomission, expected. The Tenabras, an Osiris class Battleship, along with 2 Cruiser escorts and 4 Gunboats was sitting right in front of them.
"This is Travis "Tenabras" Elation, Commander of the Osiris Battleship sitting right in front of you. You have a commander and crew that belongs to the Order Guard and we want them back."
It was Trinity's brother. His ship finally out of Evora Shipyard from its extensive modernization.
"If you move you will be destroyed. We kindly ask you to power down your ships and prepare to be boarded."

Isabelle frowned slightly, as she moved in the cockpit, looking at the massive warship in front of her. It wasnt that different from the Citadelle, actually. Yet, the sleeker shape of this "Osiris", definitevely made it a special design...
The stolen prototype, of course.
She looked back at Elation, just a few seconds, before turning back her attention to the warship. Elation. So, it was probably a relative of the commander. The man would do anything to saver her, no doubt.
But she still had cards.
"This is general Isabelle Kaitlynn, of the 106th battlegroup. We hold commander Elation prisonner, along with her officers here, aboard this transport ship. This cruiser has enough firepower to chew a big hole in that nose of your's with it's artillery main gun. You are in a Liberty military controlled space. A patrol will soon be coming in a matter of minutes."
"Are you sure you want to do this? I'd suggest you back off asquick as you can, sir, because you won't stand a chance."

"Miss Isabelle from what I can tell you dont see the power of this Osiris, and its fleet. We've studied the main cannon to that cruiser. Long before my sister even got a hold of it. Each of the ships in this fleet can eat that cannon for breakfast. You see, if it shoots at us. Whichever ship it hits *pause* in fact any ship that shoots us. Will not only be destroyed it will make these ships stronger. I'm sure a General such as yourself knows our technology is far greater then yours. If you dont understand the situation heres the gist of it. You shoot us, we absorb the damage and that damage adds power to our guns and our ships. Which allow us to shoot faster and stronger rounds every hit we take. Now the energy from that cannon on the cruiser. Should give my ship with its enhanced armor already a huge boost. Which from my calculations would make it so I can one shot that ship and blow a whole so large in it, it will split in two."
Trinity smiles a bit along with the rest of her crew. They know the firepower of Tenabras and its fleet. They also know that Tenabras is holding at least 10 Fighters/Bombers.
Travis then makes a final comment before waiting for Isabelle to respond.
"As for the patrols we will be long gone before they arrive. We just want that cruiser back and the prisoners you hold. As for you and your men. We will let you go freely. If needed we will give you a small ship to get back home."

"That is very kind of you, sir. However, I'm afraid you are quite bluffing. If you believe Liberty technologies was lagging behind your terrorist petty researches in Omicron Minor... if you did have power absorbing technologies, Alaska would have fallen to your clutches since a long while."
Isabelle sure didn't liked this. No matter if this tech was true or not, wasn't important. She wasn't too concerned about herself, the Rhino was heavily modified, with engines built over engines, and half the cargo hold merely being a power generator, they could escape their opponents only on sublight engines easily.
But, she couldn't afford to lose the 20 men who hijacked the cruiser.
And she certainly won't accept to fail her mission. Especially on such sensitive matter...
Oh, high command wasn't going to be pleased at all.
"So, before you get jumped by a whole section of the liberty fleet - and sir, I can assure you they are incoming, eveyr ship coming here are beaconed, and they already noticed we have ceased moving - you woulnt stand very long faced with the heavy guns."
She leaned back on her seat, trying to look in control.
She didn't even wanted to look back at her prisonners in the cell.
Hopefully fleet made it fast there...
"So, for the last time, back off, and you might have a chance to leave this system alive."

Travis sighs.
"Isabelle yours eyes deceive you."
"Commence Order number 15601."
Right when Travis said that the rest of his fleet appeared. Right out of no where. As if cloaked. It was, as he put it, the backup ships for Tenabras and his fleet. The combined fleets took up the whole open area right in front of the gate. Some had to use Juneau Shipyard just to fit in the area.
"Isabelle we dont need prisoners we just want what belongs to us. No fleet in all of Alaska is strong enough to take on a fleet this large. For the second time. Please stand down, and allow us to get what we want and leave."
The cloaked fleet then went back into its invisible state. All you can hear was ships moving, as though they were moving away from the scene to make room for certain unexpected ships.
"It's your call Isabelle."

Isabelle sighed. She looked calm nonetheless on the holocam transmission.
Inside, she felt quite cold. Shef left the transmission post for a few seconds, as she went back in the cell area.
"Well, looks like you are a very valuable element of the Order, isn't it?"
She stood for a few seconds silent, thoughtful.
"this commander Travis is right. We do not have such a large fleet in Alaska system. I actually wonder how he risked bringing so much with him. Meaning, he must be well placed in the Order hierarchy to have such influence."
Isabelle shook slowly her head, not really expecting any answer. She was mostly reflecting aloud.
She went back to the communication post suddenly, as an idea arose in her mind...
"Silver squad, report in."
"Good, prepare to evacuate the cruiser through the airlock. The rhino will be moored to you to evacuate, copy? excellent."
She then switched channel,
"Very well commander. I will now evacuate the cruiser. Stand by."
An impressive fleet this was.
But as immense an elephant could get, it would never be able to crush the flying fly...
"Pilot, moor to the cruiser. Get these engines running."

Travis thought for a minute somethings up. Though he wanted his sister back home safe.
"Roger that all ships prepare to escort Trinity home."
Travis turned around, comm still one, he went over to a man. The man who deals with communications. He told the man something but all you could here on the other end was Mitchell, and Adelka.
The fleet then went into escort formation.

Apr 15 2008, 05:21 AM
The crew of the Trinity went off from the cruiser back into the rhino. Due to the sheer size of the engine, added to that the prison cell, they were now quite squeezed in with 20 armed troopers...
Once the airlock disengaged, Isabelle tapped slowly on the shoulder of the pilot, three time in a quick succession.
Everyone of the soldiers suddenly helf tight to whatever they could find, an access ramp, a liquid hydrogen pipe... Isabelle herself strapped to her seat. No need to take chance.
The pilot nodded once.
And pushed on the thrusters.
This sound wasn't that of an engine, but that of a thundering projectile. Those at the back of the ship had to tighten their teeth as the infernal noises of the engine powered 4 hyper-boosters, one of the newest naval technologies developped by the LSF. The engine's normal twin blue tongues of fire, became a long trail of purple plasma... and so did the thrusters.
At that sight, Isabelle knew where this tech must have came from.
And they still dare playing with these after St-Mitchell...
But she had to cut short her reflection. They obviously took the fleet by surprise, as no one probably saw a ship this large with such incredible acceleration. And it wasn't even on cruise engine.
Despite the inertial compensators, everyone aboard could feel the immense pressure exerced on their body. Their mass was suddenly very nearly twice their own...
Isabelle could see the pilot was indeed struggling to maneouver.
"w...weapon... charge those cou... countermeasures."
She struggled to get her words out, air seeming harder by the seconds to breath in,
"nav... g.. get us... b...hind the... first... lign of d... defence."
The men merely nodded.
The ship rocketed past the barrier of Order crafts, made a bone crushing looping, made a barell roll and turned its tail back, heading toward Alaska jumpgate.
Now, what they needed...
Hell, what could they assemble in so little time to...
No, that was a really bad idea, she thought.
But she didn't had much choices.

Travis, clearly stunned at what he just saw. Had to make sure his sister was safe. Knowing that even comming back at them the Rhino would have to slow down to get through the gate back to New York. If it went in at that speed it surely would fall apart.
Tenabras made one of the most risky commands he could ever think up.
"Drop the stopper!"
A stopper was one of the orders "new toys" bringing any ship from speeds above cruise speed or at it. To a jolting stop. Anyone or anything in the ship that isn't fastened would go flying. However anything near it gets pushed hard.
Tenabras dropped a weird looking mine that went straight at the Rhino. Exploding a few yards in front of it. The stopper did its job.
This time they werent taking chances.
"All ships box the rhino in."
Tenabras along with 5 other ships squeezed in on the Rhino. If it moved it would run into one of the ships. Far larger then it.

"Ki--"
There was a loud explosion, and Isabelle could feel the ship venting air. She held up tight upon her seat, knocked by the wave of explosion. How was that possible? This ship had over 3 layers of armor!
The hull breaches were immediately sealed by nanobot units, quickly patching up the holes.
She looked worried at the control pannel - there was a large fatigue showing on the screen. The speed was beginning to drop, but the countermeasure they've launched was enough to distance the strange mine enough.
Hell, she had to revise her comment. She hoped this thing was the top of the Order's fleet, because if their whole armada was like that... She didn't felt like elaborating in this way.
They slowed down enough to breath normally. Isabelle looked back toward the cell just to make sure no one was harmed, and saw with satisfaction the defected officers looked just slightly unconscious.
Well, now her plan didn't worked either, the order ship blocading her own.
She sighed slowly. That wasn't going as expected at all.
"Commander. I surrender - mind you what, I don't do that often, so feel proud. Just let my men go away in this freighter. I won't oppose any resistance."
With that, she left the comm post, and openned the cell of the prison, looking defenitively beaten for the first time... since quite a while.
What now...
She was going to get that back, somehow, someday. She never left something unachieved... never.
That was her only consolation...

Isabelle felt terribly numb, as she watched her prisonners slip through her finger. Nonetheless, it was useless to be bitter about it.
Just now, she wanted to satisfy her curiosity. She went through the airlock, escorted by two silent and not-very-friendly-looking soldier from the Tenabras. She took the time to look around, inspecting the interior of the ship. The design looked so much like that of the Citadelle, she could have sworn it was the same ship with just some distortion...
But her mind was busy on something else.
A question probably only a high ranking member of the Order could answer. Not that she would take his word for the truth, but it was certainly better than the walled modest silence used in the navy to such questions...

Travis waited at Command Center of Tenabras for Isabelle to come. As she entered she reminded Travis of his sister. She looked somewhat curious but strict at the same time. He walked up to her and shook her hand. Though something was in his hand. A medal.

"This is the highest medal I can give someone who is not part of the Order. The Medal of Valour. You deserve it for your effort. Now if you want a tour anything id be happy to escort you myself. My sister would like to "talk" to you however she now has her weapons back so I denied her that request. Please enjoy the medal."

There was a slight amusement that crossed for a second the face of Kaitlynn.
"You remember me much of some heroes from the legends of Old Earth... hearing you makes me feel like I'm the bad guy around..."
She shook slowly her head, as she accepted the medal.
"Thank you, sir. It isn't exactly of my custom to receive something from an enemy. And if I showed it in public I'd bet I would be in St-Mitchell in the next few days. Nonetheless..."
Isabelle threw in a respectful military salute, as one would do toward an equal officer.
"Nicely set trap by the way. I see you love much your sister. Too bad if she wants to... well, I can't blame her." she blushed slightly as she put the small medal in a pocket of her uniform.
"If I might ask sir, if I could ask a few question while we... tour your ship. I hope it wouldn't mind you?"
hell, what am I doing, if anyone caught that they'd say I'd be siding with the enemy...
But I need to know WHAT am I fighting...
They might be indeed more enlightened on this than either LSF or Navy.

Before starting the tour Travis signaled someone to take command. Then he signaled the 2 guards to go back to there post.

"Sure."
Isabelle thought she recognised the whole ship had exactly or so the same configuration a liberty dreadnaught had, and headed toward where she guessed was the hangar bays. Mere curiosity of course, she wasnt searching for anything in perticuliar.
"As of first question, we in the navy mostly know very sketchy part of the real big plan. I was assigned... 4 years ago? or so, at St-Mitchell to prevent a nomad infestation. The official version talked about a new artificial-bio life form that has mutated into something parasitic."
She shut her memory from the horror scene she endured that day. She really didnt needed to recall that...
"... of course, I guess they are alien life forms, are they?"
She continued to walk, without looking too much where she went, passing one corridor to another. It was funny, she was certain she knew the ship by heart, yet she felt like in a maze now...
Maybe it was just the different hull painting.
"If so, why are they hostile to human kind for instance?"
She remained silent for a little while, and chained up the next question,
"And, where do they come out of?... we have never traced back their source point... we have no idea where these nomads... are being, grown... or whatever."
Now, she was sure she was suposed to be well at the extremity of the bow of the ship, yet the corridor continued...
well, it wasnt exactly the citadelle, wasnt it, she thought, a little vainquished smile on her face.

Walking to the right side of Isabelle.
"The aliens or nomads. All I can say about them is. They are survivors. What we thought was the thing that will slow them down so much wasnt it. It was as though they had another bigger base then the one we destroyed so long ago. Though we have yet to find this said base we have been searching for ages."
Travis then put his arm in front of Isabelle as she was getting ready to turn to a different corridor.
"You can not go that way. Sorry."
They continued down the corridor. He knew they were going toward the hangar bay but didnt care. Not much was in there at this time.
"Anyways you and I do the same job. Which is to defend against the nomads. Only problem is we, the order, have to defend our systems against them and the Navy. Strictly between you and I. I think we're failing somewhat. More and more of those nomads keep coming in. As for your forces they dont get to close to us. thankfully."
A voice comes over system comm.
"Commander all escorts were called off. Its just us and Trinity's ship now."
Travis acts as though he didnt here it and they continue. From where Isabelle is walking he realized she seems to have the gist of the ships layout.

Apr 15 2008, 10:43 PM
Liberty naval admiral Simon Alban, in command at prison station St-Mitchell knew something went wrong when the blink marking the hijacked cruiser and the rhino super heavy freighter suddenly stopped in the middle of ther route. He asked his comm specialist to reach for general Kaitlynn's ships, but the channel was disrupted - not too surprising in the area, somehow the strange cyan nebula that covered the whole Alaska system was from time to time refractive to communication signal. Maybe the ship were merely experiencing some minor ion storm unseen on scanner.
Anyway, security wasn't much compromised.
It only hapenned for a milisecond, so fast, if the officer at the radar didnt jumped in surprise, he'd have thought he'd dreamed about it.
For just that milisecond, over a dozen of capital type "dots" appeared on the screen, and disappeared.
Right in front of where the Rhino and the cruiser were...
Which both disappeared right after.
"Admiral, I have a ..."
"... very bad feeling about this? Me too."
Alban immediately seized his comm unit, and punched in the code for a general alert.
They witnessed such things before of course. Some of the crafts the orders sent in system were able of cloack, and so did some of the nomads. Their stealth modes allowed them to go by unseen on both scanner and visual... but at each activation and deactivation of the cloacking device - or whatever it was on a nomad body, their scanner could pick them up for a few seconds.
They never picked up something that massive since quite a long time.
"Why does it always happen on my shift..."
He rose up from his command chair, obviously nervous. The command room aboard St-Mitchell was suddenly busy with activity, holo screen projecting reports, intel, communication from the nearest naval vessel...
Within a few minutes, 3 cruiser patrol with their escort of a total of 6 gunboat and 12 Avenger class starfighter answered the call. From St-Mitchell, he authorised the deployment of a whole special combat squadron, using a strange prototype of the LSF...
The opaque black Raven Claws launched in a hurry, their engine burning blue ion fuel... then disappeared slowly, as their stealth technologies made them cloack in the nebula of Alaska.
"Admiral Alban to strike force Iota. Mission orders are to rescue, and scare 'em off."
A holoprojector on the floor deployed where he stood, as a 3d map of the soon-to-be battlefield appeared. miniature projection showing his own forces, approaching the area where the unknown crafts appeared for the last time.
Long minutes passed, as they came within range through the difficult to navigate asteroids.
"Sir! We detect multiple vessel engaging their cruise engines and running away in the direction of Omicron Minor!"
Admiral Alban cursed silently, as he openned his comm, asking for the nearest units around the Omicron Minor limits to stand at the ready.
That was bad news. It was certainly the Order, trying to rescue their commander. And if they were heading home, it meant they were succesful. He had to...
His fighter ops officer spoke next, pointing hastily toward the battlefield hologram,
"Sir! contact! Our men are requesting orders, they are entering maximal firing solution in a few seconds!"
--
"I see" Isabelle said, as they went downward through a lift. A bit more of a walk, and they arrived where she guessed it to be; the ship's hangar, with a number of fighter crafts aligned on the side, ready for launch. Down, was the hangar hatch door, set in a diagonal setup unlike the horizontal one on the Citadelle. She looked around, and finally saw a larger ship... it was an armored transport painted in the order's distinctive grey-black configuration.
At some time, it was hard to control her emotions in this kind of situation. But she was iron disciplined when needed.
"That said, where is your sister? Guess I owe her some civilised talk... even though it will merely be showing some respect toward each other."
--
"Admiral, we are standing ready, heavy positron canons are charged, and can fire at your order." Said the colonel commanding the expedition from one of the cruiser. The gunboat captains came up with similar readyness message, and so did the fighters.
Strangely, only two crafts remained; an order dreadnaught, and the cruiser... they seemed merely to be moving away, though at a slow pace, the battleship unable to go in cruise mode with so many obstacles.
things weren't that calm on the other side. At the Omicron Minor, the trap he'd set up was going into a full fledged fleet combat, cruiser and dreadnaught exchanging fire with the order warships.
"Very well. Fire on my command....."

"Well I'll tell Trinity you want to have a neutral talk with her. I'm sure she is looking forward to talking to you. Anyways these are our finest fighters and bombers in the fleet. We have never lost a single ship and intend to keep it that way."
They, Travis and the General, continue to walk about looking at everything there is in the Hangar.
As Isabelle and Travis walked around the hanger. Another message came over the Tenabras Comm.
"Multiple gunboats on long range scanners in route to our position. All hands general quarters. I repeat all hands general quarters! This is not a drill!"
Alarms all over the large battleship started going off. Travis already knew what it was. The fleet Isabelle told him about.
"Wait here one moment."
Travis said to the Navy General as he calmly walked over to a holo-comm.
"Launch the fighters and bombers. I'm sure the escorts are also being attacked now. Also tell Captain Emily, Navigations Pilot for Tenabras, to get ready to activate cruise engines. Get the defense team ready to drop CMs were not going to fight them here. Not yet..."
In the Command Center of Tenabras the well trained crew springs into action. Preparing for battle ahead. Captain Emily sets up the ship ready to activate cruise at a moments notice.
Pilots in the hangar bay run to there bombers and fighters. One after another a ship is gone from the hangar.
The fleet communication room is hectic as all ships in the massive fleet start joining the battle. Tenabras has seen many battles but this one was different. It was in a very hard to navigate system. Navy vs Nomad vs Order. This battle wasnt going to end well.
Travis returns to the General.
"Well General Isabelle. Like I said before we dont want prisoners so *pointing at a ship with Liberty Paint* that is your way out of here. You and your crew can take the Rhino and that ship back to the Cittadelle. *pausing for a minute* Yes we know which ship you command and what its capable of. God speed."
Travis turns around and starts gets ready to walk away to the Command Room.

"Sure..."
Isabelle turned away to walk toward her ship, her face stone faced. As soon as she turned to a corner, getting out of sight of commander Travis, the two order guards that escorted her in came back.
Her mind was racing once again, plans being set up at an incredible speed, scheme after schemes being drafted, rejected, amerliorated, all this through her head.
First thing, she thought, was to get rid of the guards.
She did so with relative ease, finding one of these service maintenance hatch for electronic equipment. She looked around the corridor; there were no one else, everyone was rushing to battlestation and this corridor led to the airlock, on which was docked her rhino.
Neither were there holocam it seemed. The perfect place.
Her moves were strikingly fast, unexpecting from a young girl that looked as if she got her stars and medals by her physic appearance. She was showing the two guards just how wrong their perception was.
She breathed slowly, and all of a sudden, laid two punch straight at the stomach of both guards with her fists, taking them by surprise, taking their breath out. A kick in the head of the first one made him knock out with ease despite the helm - she targeted the face with her steel reinforced boots. The second man was slightly better, taking back his sense within seconds of her attack, and tried to restrain her arms. Good reflexes, bad decision. He should have called for reinforcement, she thought, as she threw the guard over her by a simple traction her arms. She groaned in pain as the metal armor of the man scratched over her skin. Ignoring the cuts, she punched in this one's face a few times, forcing him to drop his gun in order to protect his face. She profited of this to take on the weapon, and shot in the chest plate, where the armor was thickiest.
She verified the man's pulse, and was satified finding him merely knocked out as well.
She openned the hatch, and with some effort (the men were damn heavy with all their equipment...), threw them in the maintenance cabin. She then ripped long chunk of her uniform, gagged them and quickly tied their hands and feet together, before locking the door.
She tapped twice over the small 106th insignia over her chest, a small, short range comm unit. But highly sufficient for what she wanted to do.
"Men, make yourself stealthy. Target is commander Trinity. Use your tracers, she's number 0."
--
Alban watched as the battleship's hatch openned.
Now.
"LNS Abraham, open fire!"
The cruiser fired a single shot from it's powerful main gun, rocking the whole ship slightly backward. An immense energy ball went at high speed to crash over the shield of the battleship... without making any damage.
Nice try, Order... but we know this trick now.
"Alright boys, you know the trick. Charge your weps with negative atoms, and fire at will! Down me this bastard."
The rest of the cruiser followed suit, and fired their own powerful shots. The energy balls this time flashed brightly over the shields, and collapsed it at various position.
Gunboats begun firing as fighter and bombers screamed out of the enemy warship. The real firefight began, as blazes of lights were exchanged on both side, explosion lightning the space...
The Ravens came out of their stealth mode, as if 12 ghostly mirage became physical. They rained their deadly energy lance on their enemy, making terrible ravage.
But after the first clash, both forces were quite equals, passed the surprise effect. The powerful guns of the battleship werent as good as the main artillery of the liberty cruisers, but they were enough to impound any one of them alone. The order bombers were making devastating runs over the gunboat, while these ones were the terror of the interception fighter...
Admiral Alban watched, his fingers crossed unconsciously. It was going to be a bloody engagement...
--
Isabelle was breathing hard when she reached back to equipment room 2, looking on her datapad as she ran accross the maze that was the battleship. From time to time, shockwave would send her flying through the corridor, accumulating various injuries on her body. There were yell, smoke, fire every where all of a sudden as she neared a section of the ship nearing the critical breaching point. The wretching sound of metal tearing as they broke under the pression was unsuportable...
Finally, she recognised some soldiers of her expedition. These men were already shooting at the crew in this section of the ship, attacking in the back of soldiers about to leave...
"Situation, soldier!"
"We have activated a jammer, general Kaitlynn, they aint going to transmit..." the man yelled over, as he fired a round of laser fire.
"They are being tough in there! Only 4 men probably, plus the target, but they got a whole armory to help themselves with! at that rate we'll run out of munition!"
She nodded, as she duck for cover. As smoke cleared slightly, she could see for a brief moment the face of Trinity, firing widely with a heavy blaster.
"Casualities?"
"4, general. But we've downed at least a dozen of 'em."
"Alright." She nodded slightly, and focused on the small combat field. It was going to be very close. She had to do it, her time was limited and she was probably much more agile than her men.
"on 3, cover me!"
"But...!!"
She began counting down, cutting short what her soldier wanted to say. The others nodded as they prepared themselves.
On three, she made a leap forward, rolling painfully on the ground full of metal shards from various debris. Her arms in cross, one blaster in each hand taken from the two fallen order guards, she fired as she moved forward. She could feel her men firing toward the shooter, covering her, retreating those daring enough to risk a shot outside the door of the armory.
As she reached the door, she rotated her body in such a way to land a kick to whoever was standing right behind it, and fired blindly forward before plunging to the ground, in the armory.
She saw in a glimpse two men fall.
They were the last ones.
She suddenly was finding herself pointing her gun in the forehead of Trinity, and Trinity doing same to her.
For an eerie moment, only their heavy breathing could be heard, as none moved.
"Sorry... but orders are orders!" Isabelle whispered, her cyan eyes focusing intensely on Trinity.
The ship rocked violently as it was hit again by a cruiser gun blast, sending both women flying.
--
"Admiral, we have lost two of our gunboats. But the battleship seems to have entered retreating manoeuvres... though I suspect a trap."
"Understood. Keep firing. Any sign of general Kaitlynn's ship?"
"No sir."
He nodded slightly, observing the holo map as the battle progressed,
"Then orders are to damage the ship to surrender at all cost. Where are the reinforcement at?"
"We've got the 79th battlegroup incoming to assist, admiral."
"Good." the man said, smiling for the first time since the beginning of the combat.
--
By some luck, Isabelle fell straight over Trinity. She didn't lost time, and grasping the head of the other woman, held it face against the ground, while with her knees, held the legs immobile as best as she could. Her men stormed in the room, and helped her restrain the furious commander.
"Q... quick get back to the ship, and get us the hell out of here." She managed to say through to gulping gasp for air, standing up and grimacing in pain.
Well, it wasn't that bad compared to boot camp training, wasn't it.
--
While Isabelle and her men dragged a mad commander Trinity to their Heavy Armored Transport, admiral Alban clutched his fist as the crew of one of his cruiser were forced to the escape pod.
Things were turning very sour...
The men on the control room of St-Mitchell were all looking anxiously at either the holoprojection of the battle or concentrated on their console, some of them sweating. It was intense.
"Sir! We report an extremely fast running rhino class freighter coming out of the battleship and heading our way! It holds the ID code of general Kaitlynn!"
Finally some very good news!
"Alright, change of plans. Deploy full strenght, and turn me this battleship and its support crafts into scrap metal!"

Tenabras Ship Bio It might help you out a bit//
Travis received word to late. His sister was again a prisoner. Though he didnt let that phase him. He knew that if anything happened to his sister the Liberty Force would suffer far more casualties then the Order. He attacked Manhattan directly once before. Destroying 2 Battleships and 2 Carriers. If he had to he would do it again.
"Commander what do we do? Our shield is holding and the enemy is starting to retreat. We also managed to over-ride what we think was a jammer aboard the ship." One of his crew said.
"Contact the Adler, another one of the Tenabras Class Battleships, tell them to commence code #156610"
"Sir? Isnt that the suicide code?"
--
Adler the second Osiris battleship came up side by side with Tenabras.
"The ship is ready." The commander of Adler stated.
All of the crew on Adler got off and went onto Tenabras. All fighters bombers and its fleet were now being joined into Tenabras' fleet.
--
"All ships still available in the Fleet defend the Adler at all cost!" Travis said with a bit of a disappointment to his voice.
Travis knew the Rhino was already on St. Mitchell. He wanted to get his sister back at all cost.
"What part of the prison is she?" Travis asked.
"Sir she is on the North side motion is idle."
All of the Order crew had a beacon planted on there skin. Only Tenabras and its allies used this type of system. The rest of the Order didnt see the use in it.
--
Adler along with Tenabras and the escorts started going full speed to St. Mitchell
Adler was being remotely operated from Tenabras. No one wanted to do what was about to happen but they knew that the love Travis had for his sister was strong. They knew he wanted her safe and they knew he was going to do all it takes to get her. Even if it risked his own life.
--
A little ways out a Corsair Marine Invasion fleet was called forth by the person put in command by Travis when he gave General Isabelle the tour.
Travis was about to make the first Prison Break from St. Mitchell in history.

Tenabras fleet are still escorting Adler to St. Mitchell when Long range scanners pick something up.
"Sir, we just got the LNS Cittadelle on long range. Orders?"
"Continue the mission at hand were gonna get my sister back and get the hell outta here before they get here. Emily can barely pilot the Tenabras through these fields. A Liberty Dread wont get here fast enough."
The fleet continues to close in on St. Mitchell.

Isabelle was still very high on adrenaline for her recent break out of the Tenebras. Her body was wounded at different place, her uniform torn, but she still managed to walk with a minimum of dignity as her men dragged commander Trinity to prison officials.
Medics immediately rushed to assist her, but she hushed them away, running to the commander center.
She saw admiral Alban standing in front of the large holo projector, talking frantically on different comms.
"Admiral! Wh..."
The man held up a hand, a think smile on his face, not very convincing.
"Don't worry general, everything is under control now. Just relax, let the medics take care of you..."
Damned she forgot how she hated the man...
She angrily let herself be escorted to the paramedical center, where she was treated for her injuries as the medics laid her on their table.
--
The holoprojector now showed the face of three different high ranking naval officers, all of them fleet admiral.
"Admiral Alban here, from St-Mitchell, to nearest battlegroups, please respond."
there was a slight pause throiug hthe lag time it took the message to reach destination.
"Admiral Young, 123rd battlegroup, responding."
"Admiral Leahy of the 79th battlegroup, responding."
"Admiral Anderson, 45th battlegroup, responding."
Simon Alban sighed, and opened his comm again,
"This is prison station St-Mitchell. We are going to be under attack within minutes. Please assist immediately, out."
--
Not every battlegroup were the same size. Kaitlynn' 106th for instance was relatively standard and small, her two cruiser not even operational yet.
The 123rd however was quite different, consisting of only one battlecruiser and 6 cruisers, the whole protected by two squadron of interception light fighter crafts. The strategy used by the 123rd was qutie simple, long range bombardment, a command flagship on the battlecruiser and the light fighter crafts served as a role of bomber-killer and incoming missile interceptor.
They were at 5 minutes from the engagemnt zone, going slowly through the asteroids.
The 79th was the symbol of immensity itself; 2 dreadnaught of the Freedom class, 3 battlecruiser and a flotilla in itself of 10 gunboats, the whole supported by 4 squadron, one of each type.
This was a versatile battlegroup.
They were much closer, and only at 1 minute to clash with the Tenabras.
The 45th is a carrier, and over 8 squads of all the types, ready to intercept and bombard. All the crafts were ready, nose pointing outward.
They were the farthest away, 10 minutes out of estimated combat zone.
--
Captain Lavoie aboard the Citadelle de Quebec was going at a good speed toward St-Mitchell. He could have visual contact with the two Osiris battleship, which often had to slow down speed in order to avoid the asteroids.
Well, we’ll see who were the best flyers of monsters around…
Alexander Lavoie used to be a veteran captain for cruiser. While these ships were somewhere near 5 time smaller than the vessel he was now commanding, his experience at slow moving warships were quite considerable.
“Activating manual drives.”
He sat down on his command chair as pilot-like control sticks poped up to his reach.
“Now you run…”
--
Admiral Alban was relieved: he now had enough support to annihilate his incoming enemies, and more so to trap them and destroy them, plus, Kaitlynn wasn’t running around bothering him.
It’s not like they appreciated each other much. Their long standing hatred traced back to the St-Mitchell accident…
Dark days for Alban, who was in charge of the prison at the time as well.
Now wasn’t the time to reflect on the past, though he did learn a lot from this incident. For instance, he had convinced the Ministry of Defence to upgrade considerably the station weapons. Some important modifications included three supplementary weapon power cell, and an added number of turrets, and of course, missile battery.
St-Mitchell was likely the only Libertonian station actually have such heavy weaponry, perhaps along with Fairbanks. They had some 10 very high tracking anti fighter turrets, 10 of heavy laser turrets, 12 anti capital vessel light artillery laser and heavy concussion missile, a very recent naval improvement: these launcher could launch up to 3 projectiles in 5 second which then moved at high velocity to rip apart hull with deadly efficiency, usually causing hull breach. They were designed to penetrate steel armour through their very sharp shape, and then the outer shell of the bomb would explode, leaving the hull vulnerable enough for the main charge to go off.
And there was a secret they haven’t shown off yet. Alban hoped he wouldn’t need to show this card through the fight, it was one of these things the LSF managed to understand well ahead of the Order… something that was highly defensive, and would immediately turn the tide of the battle at their advantage.
“Weps, arm the missiles. Power up to fighter turrets, then switch all power to capital once they get into range. Remember, they are the primary target: without the head, the arms can’t strike back.”
“Aye sir. The men says they are already loading up the barrels.”
“Excellent. How are the retreating cruisers?”
Another young officer rose his voice to answer,
“We lost only one in the engagement, the other 4 are joining up with the 45th battlegroup.”
There was a slight pause, then,
“Sir, we have confirmation that the 106th battlegroup has recently jumped passed the gate and are now coming to assist as well. They have fully 3 squadrons of fighters ready to engage.”
“Very well. Tell them to deploy, and to serve as screen for my bombers.”
Alban turned toward his fighter ops officer,
“Deploy all the remaining bomber crafts on this base. Load ‘em up, we’ll show the Order how the Navy fight.”
“Yes sir.”
--
When the Osiris battleships reached maximal weapon range, the previous flotilla of ship wasn’t present anymore. Instead it was replaced by the various ships of the 123rd, dispersed around the asteroid clearing near the prison station, their menacing artillery guns of cruiser pointed straight at them.
Behind, the radar ops could see a dreadnaught coming at impressive speed, manoeuvring with an agility only a very experienced captain could have.
On their right flank, a massive amount of ship, the 79th battlegroup of the Liberty Navy was coming at good speed as well.
On the left flank, the 45th battlegroup, now joined with the surviving gunboats, fighters and cruisers of the first offensive were now turning toward them as well.
Alban calculated in 2 minutes, if the battleships didn’t retreated, there would be a lot of scrap metal.
But he was very careful. Every battlegroups would be coming always inside a radius of 2.5k from the station. The only one unable to do so would be the Citadelle, since it was coming from behind.
For himself, Alban thought it wasn’t too important since it was general Kaitlynn’s ship… her problem.
“Deploy all bombers, all fighters from every Liberty forces present. Shoot down the bastards. Be careful, and good luck.”
--
Isabelle still laid on the bed, half naked as medics tended on her various injuries. She didn’t cared much. She was trying to picture out the battle going outside through the various sounds he could hear.
The hum of a heavy station artillery firing told her it has begun.
And Alban would probably end up with a fiasco again if she didn’t saved him from his own stupidity…

The fleet escorting Tenabras suddenly came under heavy fire as St. Mitchel's defense gird opened up its long range weapons. Travis has to think fast for his plan to work.
"Launch all long range missiles at the south side at point marked. Were gonna blow a hole through that part of the shield!"
"Yes sir!"
Every ship, excluding the remote controlled Adler, launched every missile and torpedo in there hold. Missiles streaked through space at high speeds. As St. Mitchell missile defense grid started to open up. Though there were to many. The grid was having trouble aiming at so many targets. One after another the missiles and torpedoes hit there target. Shaking the whole entire station. Eventually the shield to the impact zone gave way.
"Sir our ships cant make it were going to have to pull off. If those two battle groups on long range radar get in our range were done!" Stephanie said, the second in command of Tenabras.
"Alright Adler finish your job all ships...."
A long pause occurred. Travis showed no sign of emotion when he gave his next word.
"retreat."
"Sir?!"Many of the crew asked in amazement.
"Retreat. Let Adler finish its job. We cant do anything else here. My sister can fend for herself I'm sure of it! After all she did turn herself in. I'm sure she has good reason."
--
Tenabras and the rest of the fleet suddenly broke off formation and went separate directions leaving Adler on its path to St. Mitchell. Still being remotely operated the enemy would think it was still manned.
An LSF fighter on fire then showed up in front of Adler, docking. Must be an emergency landing the crew of Tenabras thought.
Adler was 2.5k out from St. Mitchell and closing. Out of no where Adler shield dropped she was getting hit hard. St. Mitchell main defense grid opened up on Adler making it almost impossible to maneuver.
--
"We have no choice were gonna have to blow her up earlier then intended." Travis said from the command room of Tenabras.
Adler was just in striking range of the 45th battle group.
"Turn her toward the large battle group. We'll do some damage before she goes!" Travis commanded.
Adler wasn't only the backup Osiris for Tenabras. It was also way over loaded with ammunition and explosives. A moving bomb that can wipe out half a planet if it were docked.
Adler turned a bright red as the remote detonation went off. The Osiris battleship exploded in what can only be described as a miniature super nova. Blowing up anything in the area that wasn't prepared to handle such an explosion. Rocks and debris pushed away as the shock wave rippled through the system. St Mitchell shook so hard people were thrown from there feet.
Travis could only hope the shock wave didn't hurt his sister.

"You idiot what have you done!!"
Isabelle was on fury, still in her torn clothes, one arm fully bandaged. A medic behind her was trying to calm her down. But mostly, everyone was silent, gloomly silent.
The triangles representing the 45th group, was now completely gone. Instead, it was filled with numbers of escape pods that survived the blast.
Alban was demoralised as well. He was looking at the viewport, unable to understand.
Isabelle was raging, and finally pushed the man off from the pedesdal of the holo projector.
"Wake up men, I am in command now! Comm, open a channel to our ships, new orders!"
--
Trinity was in a maximum security cell, held by two guards, her arms and legs restrained on a strange machine, basically a circular steel ring with manacles at each extremity in order to bind a prisonner in a cross position.
Even from there, they could feel the loud shockwave of the explosion...
She wondered what hapenned to cause this...
--
Outside, it was confusion and panick. The loud rumble of the artillery laser could be heard anywhere there were atmosphere: they came from the cruisers, from the station... but they were shooting blindly through the smoke of the wreckages of the 45th.
Captain Lavoie was, however, behind the Tenebras, and incoming at full speed.
"Fighter squads, fire at will on these f--ers! We'll show 'em the retribution of the Liberty Navy!!"
Over the comm channel, a nearly savage roar of combat was avived as the three dozens of pilot in their fighter cockpits boosted toward the deadly order ships, all weapons blazing.
They were soon joined by multiple squadrons of surviving bombers, unleashing their furry through storms of bomb shells and antimatter blasts. The battleship's shield collapsed and came back online constantly, as it changed it's energy field in order to gain energy from the laser hit. But the trick wasnt effective, as the navy ships automatically changed the polarity of their own weapons to adapt.
And antimatter blasts made no difference: large blasts of white lightning appeared everywhere where once a hull part were, and then disappeared from existence.
--
"To all liberty ships, RETREAT immediately within 2.5 klick of St-Mitchell, this is a direct order from general Kaitlynn!"
No one began arguing. After this booby trap of the Order, the men weren't going strong head against this young girl out of nowhere, she seemed in control of the situation and had an aura of authority around her, something admiral Alban never managed to have. Just at her sight on the holo projection aboard a capital vessel or at the sound of her voice in the noisy channel in a fighter cockpit, men took her with seriousness, and knew she meant business.
A serie of aknoledgement, for the most tired, came back. The fight hadnt lasted that long, it wasnt over yet, but the loss of all ships of a whole battlegroup was bad for the moral.
--
Kaitlynn was now a bit more in control of herself, and ordered men and material around. REports flew around, casualities were immense. It was going very bad.
But her mind was now focused on admiral Alban, who was now sitting on a chair, looking completely numb.
"You... you bastard. Because of your reckless orders, the 45th is gone. How many men have you killed AGAIN? Was the "accident" 4 years back not enough for you?!"
"I didn't w..."
"You say so!" She went forward furiously, a terrifying sight indeed. "All you care of, are these stupid medals! You think men life are expendable, they are like credits you spend to buy glory! That's how nearly a third of my men died, 4 years ago! And now you just killed thousands of the kids outside, how are you going to explain that to high command?!"
Alban was now flushing red, angered as well,
"If it wasn't to save you, this would never have ha-!!"
Isabelle slapped the man in the face, despite her injured arm. There was a bright red mark on the man's face.
"You knew by sending all your ships within the security zone no one would have died! The only risk you would have run, would be the battleships running away from your grasp! But no, you wanted to show the whole world just how awesome you are, you NEEDED to try to trap the-"
A loud alarm interrupted her, as the radar officer (obviously all over his nerves tonight) ran to them,
"Ma'am, reports of a corsair battlegroup coming from the north! They seems to be back up for the order vessels!"
Isabelle took a deep breath. She needed to be calm in order to command. Calm. Coldness, reflection, accuracy.
"We need to give back some order to our ships. Tell to all our vessels to form up in a security line around the north and south of the station. Once they will be in, tell them to hold position."
She sighed, and went over the command chair, punched a code as the lock mecanism for a red button was openned, hissing smoke.
"If the corsair fleet fire, I'm afraid we are going to show up already one of our best cards yet."

Onboard the Tenabras
"Sir we have enemy ships coming on an intercept course. All escorts are scattered and heading home. What are our orders sir?" Stephanie said with a somewhat tired look on her face.
"Send a message to all our ships still in Alaska. Tell them to cloak and head home. Do the same for us."
Travis replied with a bit of disappointment.
"Sir scanners indicate the Corsair fleet has just arrived in Minor and are heading to St. Mitchell."
After saying it Stephanie looked at Travis for a response.
Travis let out a long breathe then said.
"Tell the Corsairs were returning home, to Toledo. I would like you to also ask them to join us."
Stephanie nodded and went over to the Communication Screen.
The newest communication devise out there. A 3D screen with all allied and enemy ships on a list. All you have to do is tap the selected ship on the screen and talk. Quite simple for something that looks so complicating. The 3D screen also pinpointed where every ship or object is at and which direction it was going.
"This is Stephanie, second in command of Tenabras. Attention Corsair flagship please return to Omicron Minor with the Order fleet. We'll brief you on the situation when were regrouped. Stephanie out."
"This is General Fox of the Corsair Dreadnought Mir. Roger that, changing course to Omicron Minor."
--
Travis was not happy with this defeat as they slowly approached Planet Toledo the damage of the battle was soon realized. The large fleet that Travis commanded at the start of the day was cut in Half.
Stephanie walked over to Travis holding a infocard.
"Sir heres the report on the damage."
Casualties:
11 Fighters
6 Bombers
2 Gunboats
2 Cruiser(Trinity's Cruiser included)
1 Battleship(Adler)
Damaged: (In need of repairs)
40+ Fighters
20+ Bombers
5 Gunboats
10 Cruisers
5 Battleships
Looking at the infocard Travis could only show a bit of disappointment. He knew that the Navy lost far more then he did. He then stood up from the Command Chair and walked over to the window. Where many ships were sitting outside Isis Battle Station and Planet Toledo. Some on fire, some missing parts, and some look like they don't even belong to the Order any more.
"If they havent done so already. Call Toledo tell them we need all the repair ships and personnel who know how to fix these ships up and running. They have 2 hours to get all these ships back up and ready for battle" Travis said calmly. Though he knew some were going to take several days.
Stephanie again nodded and went back to the Communication Station.
Travis then walked over to Emily, the navigation captain, who had her head in her arms. Clearly exhausted. Patted her on the shoulder and said.
"You did great."
As Travis left the Command Center.

Isabelle sighed in relief with most of the men in the command center as radar reported the enemy retreating. She looked toward admiral Alban, finding him unemotional. Their stares crossed, burning with cold hatred.
But Isabelle didn't care. The man will have to answer for his acts.
Maybe he will answer for what he did 4 years back as well.
She left the control room, tired and shaken by the loss of the 45th battlegroup. At least, they haven't shown their joker card to the enemy, yet. Which was a good thing, because it was incredibly easier to copy an already existing technology than finding it… and Liberty has made his share of sacrifices to get his hand on this unique nomad technology. One of the few the Order didn't have already.
--
Outside, in the sickening cyan nebula of Alaska, captain Lavoie was heading the searches for survivor through the various debris. They tractored in an incredible number of escape pods, but most were sinister burned out wrecks, destroyed by the explosion of the Order battleship. The few Order prisoners they've managed to pick up were treated in a very cold fashion, the soldiers aboard every navy ship at the battle having witnessed the destruction of the battlegroup. Some were even beaten when they refused to cooperate, and the overzealous men could only be straightened by the voice of their commander – which often, would have loved to see their prisoners die into a pulp of blood.
A very dark day for the navy they intended to make even worse for the Order people who did this.
--
Trinity Elassion wasn’t living the best moments of her life either. It was now 24 hours she was chained to the restraining cylinder, her legs and arms tied in cross position across the device. She wasn’t alone in her cell anymore either. A senior LSF commander was standing in front of her, his face showing no emotion, so much that it could have been carved in stone. His severe black uniform, short military hair cut and cold black eyes, so black they never shone by the light, all these made him a quite menacing man.
There were also a few men, looking like technicians with their black lab suit, all of which were written “LSF” in white on their back. These were walking around the restraining device, apparently checking some mechanic components she couldn’t see from her point of view. None of them talked – if it wasn’t the occasional whispers from one tech to another informing each others in terms she couldn’t understand. Then they left, leaving her alone with the commander.
The man finally moved – it made her slightly jump so unnatural it seemed for this individual to move. He came back in her visual field with a small table, on which were a number of strange devices, mostly medical.
The man took a syringe sporting a very thing and long needle, filled with some light emerald coloured liquid.
He took it up to eye level, and pushed the trigger until it was at his desired amount, then called with a baritone voice;
“Lightning 100%.”
The cell door was closed by an opaque steel gate that shut down with fearsome speed.
The room was suddenly filled with blinding white light – so white, Trinity couldn’t distinguish where were the corners of the room. In fact, where was the light coming from?
The only thing she could see now, was the LSF commander in his black uniform.
The man spoke again, and his voice was most freezing.
“Commander Trinity Elation. You are under Liberty authority custody and are going through interrogation for various crimes, namely;
Defection to a military force hostile to the government of Liberty, important theft of Liberty naval properties, collaboration with a military force hostile to the government of Liberty, resisting arrest, refusing collaboration, corruption of naval personnel and acts of treason against Liberty.”
He turned his attention back to the syringe, and approached Trinity. His pace were precise, military – so straight, he looked like a droid. And then, even droids were programmed to walk in a more humanly fashion.
He made no warning, and inserted the needle in the restrained right arm of the woman.
“This is a light tranquilizer, which will slow down the activity of your brain. However, it will inflict no damage to your system, nor cause bodily harm.”
He hesitated, and glanced at the table where the rest of his equipment laid.
“However, we might come to this if you resist. It is suggested you cooperate fully.”
He took out a datapad, on which a microphone of very high quality was plugged, and pushed a little command on it. A red light, meaning it was now recording, blinked alive.
“Commander Trinity Elasion, you are accused, and have confirmed your defection to the terrorist organisation known by the name “The Order”. Tell us how did you managed to enter contact with this organisation, and how was arranged your defection.”
--
Admiral Alban, (maybe in a rather pitiful effort to buy her silence), gave her one of the finest suit aboard the prison station, possibly one used during visits of important naval or LSF officers. It was a nicely furnished room, large enough for her to do gymnastic if she wanted to.
It was rather ironic such luxury existed in such a hostile system… but she wasn’t there to complain. She was exhausted and injured, mentally as well as physically. Her run away from the Tenabras added an impressive number of cuts to her body, mostly from debris. She had a number of light burns, one very close to her belly – slightly closer and she would have been killed. And also an arm that had its bone slightly broken, though that was quickly fixed with a cellular regeneration beam. The medics guaranteed she would be back as normal in a few days.
She looked at the viewport to see the Citadelle moving slowly across the wreckages of the 45th battlegroup, and immediately turned her head away. She didn’t wanted to see that.
Isabelle looked up at the ceiling and wondered where Jimmy was…

//The Order isnt a Terrorist group just so ya know >.< //
"Its been 24 hours. How many ships are back up and running?" Travis asked with no emotion on his face
"Sir most of the damaged ships have been fixed. Were still short 1 Battleship and several fighters."
"Alright get the fleets in formation. Were going to get ready for the final attack we can do. I will get my sister back no matter what the cost!"
Travis was pacing back and forth in his room. As he worried more about his sister's health.
A man knocked on his door.
"Come in."
The man walks in, the Commander of Adler.
"Sir me and my crew are heading back to Toledo we cant help anymore."
"Alright go ahead and go. Thanks for everything."
"Sir, I wish you and your family good luck."
All of the Order ships start moving into a large formation. Along with the Corsairs.
"Heres the plan. All Order ships will go cloak. The Tenabras and Adelka will then move up next to the Quebec. As the other Order battleship, along with the Corsair Dread. Will take the other still active Liberty Dread. However since the Corsair ships cant cloak the Order ships will get there first then as the corsair ships come in. They should start moving toward you. When we are out of range of the St. Mitchel defence. The Osiris ships will uncloak and blow up the Dreadnoughts turrets. After that we may have to wing it. All ships ready! Prepare to go!"
Travis said over the comm in his room.

The command center was filled with officers, running from one console to another. Despite the battle being now passed, activity was still strong. In order to defend adequately the station, another battlegroup of the navy, the 88th, composed of 5 battlecruisers and its whole escort wing, entered in. Alban, despite having received a large defeat, knew what to do.
A young lieutenant notices finally Jimmy and hearing his request, dismissly said;
"General Kaitlynn is in her quarter, room 121, 7th block. She doesn't want to be bothered unless its an emergency."
The man focused back to his console, before turning his head,
"Say, why are you interested in knowing that?..."
--
Captain Lavoie had his ship standing by in the defencive line surrounding St-Mitchell, right beside the two dreadnaughts of the 79th battlegroup. These were older version of the Liberty battleship, Freedom class, but still held very good in combat and their components constantly upgraded over the decades, they weren't lagging so much behind the Constellation class dreadnaught he was commanding.
They all knew what would probably come up next. The Order would strike back.
Oh, they doubted it was going to be the decisive battle between the Order and the Navy. It was highly unlikely, even though the obvious outcome would be the Navy completely crushing its enemy. That was only if they managed to assemble a large enough fleet, which never seemed to happen. Heck, they even knew how to get to the order's homeworld.
But for the moment, their mission was a defencive one. And they certainly had enough ships to hold off any kind of attack.
--
On the other side of the station, Trinity was having a beating. She wasn't even sure if she told the truth or a lie in the thousand of questions the LSF commander asked. He wasn't even sure if what she knew in her head was true or not. The man apparently didn't cared either.
He...
Another punch came, strong. Trinity tightened her mouth, forcing back a scream of pain.
"Holding your silence longer will only make it last longer. As a matter of fact, we have a lot of time to burn. If I run out of patience, others will replace me. How about you?"
The ring rotated slightly so Trinity was now held completely at the vertical.
As well, the man could now kick him...!
The kick came, going straight to her belly. The air in her came out and she felt like dying...
"We will manage to breack you down just like anyone who's ever passed by here."
Trinity looked around, panicked. There was no refuge. She now understood why such lightning. She couldn't even hide in the shadow, couldn't even find a place to seek comfort.
She was completely vulnerable to someone for the first time of her life.
Another kick, this time near the groin, made her bite her tongue accidentally. Blood came out.
The man wasn't even doing this out of passion, or hatred or any emotion. It was merely a machine doing its duty, calculating her breaking point and torturing without any regret or sadism.
She was the only thing alive, alone in this cell.

The Order and Corsair ships were sitting in a diamond formation. All ready to go.
"Everyone head to the jump hole." Travis said.
One after another the order ships went into Alaska. All in stealth.
The corsairs were the last to jump.
"All units get ready to go." Travis commanded.
Comms starting going off from all ships saying they were ready.
Then Travis did something no one expected.
"All units! Go to Manhattan! I repeat all units go to New York. Loop around so they dont see you."
All ships didnt question it. They just went.
Navigation officer Emily needed orders.
"Emily swing her around were going to get the crew of Adler for a final attack of the day."
"Yes sir."
All the ships in the fleet went around the Planet in Alaska far enough out of any radar range.
While Tenabras turned and went back to Toledo to pick up the crew of Adler.
--
Arriving at Toledo.
"All crew of Adler get back on board. Bring your side arms. An you there. *pointing at a engineer* Go call for the breach ships were going to cause hell on Liberty!"
Tenabras was now fully loaded with men of the crew of Adler and its own.
Both crews were trained well for invasions but never did one til now.
"Return to Alaska catch up to the fleet."
--
The major fleet finally arrived at Alaska -> New York Jump gate. Tenabras only 1 click away.
No ships were guarding the gate on either side even when they jumped. All were at St. Mitchell getting ready for what they thought was gonna be another attack on the station.
--
After all ships jumped into New York Tenabras was ready to lead the fleet to D-Day of New York.
"Our first target is the Liberty Flagship Missouri."
All ships left the mine field. With Tenabras as lead. Being the only pilot who knew the way in and out.
"This is Captain Wendi White of the Missouri! We have multiple Corsair ships inbound need all assistants available! I repeat this is the Missouri we are under attack! All personnel code red!"
The call was heard by all Liberty Ships
All the Order ships still cloaked suddenly uncloaked in shooting range of the Battleship.
"Destroy her! Make sure she will need to be remade before she even comes back to fight!"
Even with 4 battleships, multiple cruisers, gunboats, and bombers the Hull to the Missouri was slowly being taken out. After 30 minutes still no ships to help her. They must all be defending the prison. The fleet only lost 2 cruisers and several gunboats.
"All ships shes taken enough damage. She cant hurt us no more head to Manhattan!"
Travis said with anger in his voice.
--
"Manhattan reporting a huge enemy force incoming! We need help now!"
Tenabras then turned around cloaked and returned to Alaska. Preparing for the ships to leave the Alaska system to defend there home. St. Mitchel must've known that Manhattan and Missouri were now in great danger.
Multiple rounds from the fleet started raining down on Manhattan. A blockade was made and Manhattan along with Trenton and Newark were now in the enemies hands.

If activity in the control room could reach a higher point, then this must have been the maximal possible. It was very near anarchy, not much of military discipline left.
Alban himself was panicking, beginning to assemble ships to go help New York.
And then, that Kaitlynn annoyance came back in...
"All ships, stand by your position..."
"General, you are not in command of this..."
"You are neither my superior. In fact, our ranking priviledges can be quite discutable. Here is not the matter. You are sending these men to a trap, and I'm here to stop another catastrophe."
He paused, before adding, his tone venimous,
"Admiral, sir."
There wasn't much else to be discussed. Everyone heard this upon open channel. They all knew the loss of the 45th battlegroup was mainly due to admiral Alban, and such things weren't forgiven quickly. In these situations, it wasn't even mutiny, mere switch of command to get rid of incompetence.
"Alright men... now, the Order thought they've managed to foul us. They expect us to do things. We will do exactly what they won't do."
She looked at a colonel, trying to have a reassuring smile,
"Tell me, what do they expect us to do, right now?"
"Go back with at least half our actual fleet here, and rescue New York system, ma'am."
"Exact. Now, we don't do that. All vessels, stay here. Now, we've got to be one step ahead of them. Here's the plan..."
--
On Manhattan, the civilian crafts were obviously panicked, and ran away as fast as they could from the Order warships.
Strangely, the Manhattan high orbit space was completely empty when the Order ship arrived. Or, not really, there were about 3 Liberty dreadanguht with their standard escort, but scattered all around in a way that the Order ships had an immense opening of at least 3 kilometres with nothing or so opposing them, to make planetary bombardment.
--
"Except, you must really be a fool..."
Fleet Admiral Albert Richmond, in command of the Northern Liberty Navy First Defence Fleet, looked at his tactical console with a severe frown. How these ships managed to break through his first line of security was quite questionable... the fact they've managed to damage at this extensive point the Missouri, was most infuriating. Probably some kind of comm. disruption device.
But now, he didn’t intended these scums to escape him without paying dearly.
Richmond was an intelligent man. Unlike Alban, he calculated all odds first, and was extremely cautious. His nickname was the “snake” – and his battle were as efficient as said animal.
The Order made a very grave mistake, attacking New York today. Of course, his own fleet wasn’t as large as the Order’s one at that moment, most being dispersed across Liberty on Various patrol duty. However, he estimated having enough to scare them away.
“Tell battlegroup alpha to cruise by the northern hemisphere of the planet. Beta and Gamma are to hold their position. All ships, turn their bow toward the hostiles, their target are the battleships.”
“Yes sir.”
Richmond paced away from the console showing the hologram of the space battle.
“Contact Manhattan planetary defence. Tell them to ready Aegis Shield Systems everywhere possible on the estimated striking area of the Order group.”
He heard another acknowledgement from his communication officer.
“Tell them as well, to prepare the Gauss canons and Ion batteries. Their targets are the gunboats. They are to route all the energy from the western and eastern part of the city to these weapons. Their orders; collapse their shield by the ion canons, and cycle between the Gauss canons to finish them off. I want them to pick them off two at a time. Remember, Aegis Shields are to be powered at their strongest on these areas. We don’t want to be left without any weapon. They are free to fire on maximal range.”
“Copy that sir.”
“Now, here are the orders to the battleship captains.”
--
“S… stop it… “ Trinity managed to whisper.
For once, the LSF commander did stop. He went away, and came back with a chair and sat down, looking like the marble statue he seemed to be.
“Let’s see. You have contacted the organisation known as the Order through a contact, known to be your own brother, a high ranking member of the said organisation. The two of you have been contacting each other through private civilian lines every now and then when he managed to come within House Space.”
He looked at his datapad, making sure the recording red light was still on.
“After what, you’ve decided to inform your crew with data coming from the Order to convince them of defecting with you. At this point, we won’t check if these data are actually truthful or not as this is irrelevant for this investigation.”
He paused, drinking slowly from a cup of water.
Trinity cursed the man interiorly for this act. Just the fact he could still take some kind of pleasure at torturing her merely by drinking, fully knowing she was thirsty as hell, made her want to yell in anger.
For all she know, there weren’t much more humiliations and torture technique she hadn’t gone through…
All she managed to do was shaking lightly the manacles restraining her (now nude) body, until she was forced to remain calm once again, as the man pushed on a button, causing electric arc to hit her.
She was so empty, she could only moan weakly in pain.
“I suggest you don’t move too much. We are far from being over with you, I’m afraid. Let’s continue…”
--
Planetary bombardment wasn’t very effective unless you had an immense invasion fleet. The mere fact a planetary atmosphere was, in itself, a natural protection that absorbed over 50% of a laser canon’s strength, was quite annoying.
So when the 50% leftover of energy hit the Aegis shields, it wasn’t really dramatic.
And Liberty certainly didn’t let their capital home world equipped with weak shielding systems. All over the sun-side of the planet-city, numerous hexagons of blue light appeared and disappeared as the shield was hit, restored, and hit again without much damaging.
Despite the state of alert, citizen could easily go out and watch the show, but for security reason, were asked to stay underground until the “terrorist attack” was dealt with.
Again, if a civilian stayed on the ground, he could see one of the rare things few saw in their life; numerous batteries of ion guns raising from the ground, immense shadows of metallic structure by the dawn on the planet. They made a symphony of hellish hydraulic noises as they deployed, pointing their massive canons toward outer space.
They remained silent, as something else rose to the surface. These were the enormous Gauss canons, or, electro-magnetic projectile launchers. A technology not very useful on starfighter, or even battleships because of the immense amount of energy required to fire these, Gauss canons were however the primary line of Liberty planetary defence.
And they were devastating for sure…
A mysterious whine could be heard, as the Gauss canons finished deploying. But the whine didn’t came from them, it was the ion batteries, charging up… and firing: a real firework show! Thousands and thousands of blue energy lances firing toward two concentrated point in space.
As quickly as it happened, barely 3 seconds later, the Gauss canons were heard, loud bangs and quick explosion of energy at the end of their canon – though their projectile went so fast, they couldn’t be seen with normal human eyes.
--
“Fire at will!”
The cruisers of alpha, beta and gamma battlegroups fired together in a very synchronised pattern over the battleships of the Order, as the first lances of ion hit the gunboats, and collapsed their shield with ease.
Then, as the Order battleships replied back against the closest cruisers, the Liberty dreadnaught, approaching slowly on lateral trusts, opened their vertical torpedo tubes… These weren’t used often. In fact, most vessels of the Liberty navy didn’t even have these weapons. They were used in the case of a war against another house, and for a good reason; these tubes were designed to fire nuclear warheads…
Hence, only the last lines of the Liberty defence forces had such weapons.
They fired, the missiles hurling at incredible speed toward the battleships. The Order gunners tried desperately to pick them off from a distance – and some did manage to disable a few, but most hit target. Of the 4 battleships, 3 were now heavily damaged, large portion of the hull having melted down.
The small nuclear apocalypse over, all the Order gunboats were gone. The Gauss canon destroyed them before their captain could even notice they were targeted by these guns…
--
Downward, the ion-gauss system were slowly reloading their energy sources, as steam of smoke came out of the canons. It would take a good 4 minutes or so.
Whoever were striking at them, were better to run off right now…
--
Their nuclear projectile unleashed, the dreadnaughts resumed normal battle position, turning their vulnerable flank to show their slim front profile, and opened fire…
Despite being numerically inferior, they now had the advantage: the Order vessels made a long distance, used much energy to cloak, and two were so severely damaged, immense components were detaching from the ships as they tried some semblance of retreating manoeuvres. One stopped dead in space as the engines entirely failed, while another seemed merely drifting blindly, its bridge seemingly gone. But overall, the captain of the Liberty naval ships knew the remaining active pairs could be quite deadly. One could never be too sure faced with Order tech. They wished the planetary defence system came back online quick…
Then, it would be an impressive victory over these… terrorists scum…
--
St-Mitchell was now back into a disciplined military base. The ships were quietly aligned, ready for interception.
And then, four components at each quadrant of the station detached. They went to 2.5 kilometres of distance from the station, and stopped their thrusters. The automated satellites began sending a powerful beam of light back to the station…
General Kaitlynn walked toward the viewport of the station to watch the automated drones do their work.
“Quite beautiful… will it hold?”
“Our techs guarantee us it will. It seems to be running on some kind of “infinity” powercell, that keeps regenerating as part of it dies. Some… “bio” nanotechnologies used by the nomad. This shield system can technically… well, it could technically hold forever for all we know. But, general, we’ve never tested it before in open warfare.”
In the background, someone asked for a test. For a few second, St Mitchell was surrounded by a beautiful shield of golden light… exactly the same observed around nomad bases.
“I hope it will do. Take care of the matters here, colonel. Don’t let the admiral intimidate you. He won’t dare speak against my command after all what he did…”
--
Isabelle was running toward the prison cell, where was held Trinity. It was now, or never. She needed to know the truth, and her brother obviously didn’t told her the whole story. Just like the navy, or the LSF.
Well, she couldn’t blame him. They were after all, enemy. And probably will be forever. Nonetheless, she felt the Order was closer to the truth than her side was…

Onboard the Tenabras
"Sir the blockade fleet has suffered sever damage. They say Manhattan fought back with a huge fleet. An planetary defenses."
Travis didn't seem phased about the casualty. Still focused on his sister's health.
"How many boarding vessels do we have?" Travis asked.
"Uh sir?" A voice asked in hesitation.
"How many?!"
"We have 20 sir."
"Good that is well then enough. From what I can gather they have 3 Battleships and 1 Carrier. Get your best men on those boarding ships and make sure the cloaking system works on each of them."
Though the Tenabras was the only ship in the fleet that could breach while still cloaked the boarding vessels could still hit there target before they uncloaked.
"The new plan each of the boarding ships are going to be a diversion. 5 Boarding ships per capital warship.
On my command each of you will ram the capital ships and board them. I dont care if you either take command or die trying just slow them down. Me and my crew are going to force ourselves aboard the prison."
"Sir?! That's a suicide mission! Your sisters..."
"My sisters life is more important than mine or yours! If I have to I will launch you at there window to show that I will do whatever it takes to get her back. She is all I have left of my family!"
Travis interrupted.
The whole room fell silent.
"Now prepare the boarding ships.
--
Back at the Blockade fleet the 2 battleships that survived the attack were on the retreat. Cloaked and still in enemy space it didnt look to good.
"I never seen anything like that. Those planetary guns tore right through the Corsair Juggarnaught. It was like it was a sword cutting through flesh. That was just incredible." A man on the battleship said.
"Keeep going we have to get somewhere safe where they cant find us."
--
"All boarding ships launch! Emily get us in formation with the last 5."
All the boarding ships activated cruise.
Closing in on St. Mitchel Tenabras slowed down while the boarding ships rammed into each battleship and the carrier.
"We have landed and are invading the ships."
"Good work. Get us into that airlock!" *Travis pointed.*
The Tenabras went forward and ran right through the airlock, blowing it open. The Tenabras airlock opened with 100 crew storming into St. Mitchell to find Trinity. 100 still onboard to defend. The ship still cloacked so no one outside the prison knew it was being invaded. They only saw the ships that uncloaked when they hit the capital ships to invade them. The chaos on St. Mitchell made it impossible to defend against the invading forces.

Gerald Black, the young colonel in charge of St-Mitchell (nobody knew where admiral Alban went to), cooly took the situation in hand.
"Progression of enemy?"
"They are storming through the southern airlock, sir. I am ordering security to retreat, they are too many..."
"Well done. Tell them to come within the walls of the core center. When they reach this position, we will lock down every door between the core quadrant and the external."
"Yes sir. Sir, the battleships report similar invasion of their vessels."
"Hm..."
The ensign at the console smiled,
"Don't worry sir, I've told them to make same tactic."
"Right. Don't forget to mention, cut all control to external quadrants. We don't want trouble. Oh, and knowing the crazy guys on the Citadelle..."
Black smirked, and looked by the viewport,
"tell them we'll need some of their men in St-Mitchell. As well, activate the shield dome."
"Yes sir."
Outside, a radiant golden shield was activated by the powerful satelite, making a 2.5k impenetrable area around St-Mitchell.
The only problem was, the navy was now trapped with the Order within the zone.
--
Aboard the Citadelle, the few Order crewmen were immediately taken prisonner or killed. IT was a terrible mistake to take on the headquarter of some of the best land trooper of Liberty...
The men of the 106th ran accross all section of the ship, blasters at the ready, checking for more invaders. But most were already in the brig.
On the other ships, things weren't going so well.
And now St-Mitchell was calling for assistance...
--
Isabelle rushed to the cell of Trinity, and nearly fell to the floor as someone bumped her.
"ouch..."
She held herself from falling by holding on to a section of the wall.
"J... Jimmy?! What are you doing here?" she asked, bewildered.
But she didn't had time to ask question, and taking hold of the man's arm, ran toward the cell of Trinity
"you'll have to come with me! We don't have much time left, and it sounds like the Order is back!"
--
The Order soldiers aboard St-Mitchell were now trapped: unable to go further in their progression, they tried to commandeer the station from their position, only to find all control pannels disabled.
When they retreated back toward the airlock, they found two rhino shuttle of the Citadelle coming crash-landing in, and deploying dozens of the elite 106th marine troopers.
Hence, they were now trapped somewhere between the exit and the core of the station, fighting a desperate fight, using furniture and wall pannel hull as some kind of barricade.
--
At the control of St-Mitchell, technicians were trying as best as they could to decypher the cloaking device the order was using. They knew there was something hidden among them. To detect such thing was quite hard. The navy developped a few techniques, the best being to follow the trail of nuclear activity a cloaked ship left behind him - except, that was near impossible in a small environement full of ships.
The other way around was electronic signature of a cloaking device, which were always different from one ship to another.
And took one hell of a long time to find out.
--
Isabelle saw on her way to the cell a LSF commander running toward the core quadrant. Probably the interogator, she thought. And Jimmy probably was to replace him...
Could he trust the man?
She didn't had much choice. What she was about to do could be considered treason. Trinity was still hanging by her chains over the restraining cylinder, naked, her body bloodied by the various beating she went through. Isabelle's heart flipped slightly at the thought Liberty suposedly abolished such things as torture... but such things were yet openly practiced here, in the secret prison of St Mitchell...
She carefully manipulated the buttons, and as the restrains over Trinity's arms and legs suddenly gave away at her command, Isabelle catch her as the woman litterally dropped, free from her shackles.
Jimmy was behind, looking confused and unsure what to do.
How was she going to explain that to him?
"Jimmy, hold the gate for us will you? Shoot at anyone wearing Order color coming down here!"
She waited until Jimmy was standing by the door, less or more sure he couldnt hear her over the loud alarm klaxon
"Commander..."
Isabelle looked around, and found a large white blanket, with which she covered the body of the woman. It immediately became red, soaked with blood.
"Commander Elation, you'll need to tell me everything about the nomads and the order, everything, because that's going to be your only chance at seeing freedom again..."
She stopped, looking at the gate making sure Jimmy was doing his job.
"Your brother is back trying to save you, but his soldiers won't be able to stand against my marines. In less than an hour, they will be all dead, your brother forced to retreat for a second time, and I'm afraid he will waste more lifes from the Order because he will never abandon you it seems."
Trinity looked to her, her stare showing a slight fear from her previous torture. But she seemed back in control already.
"I'm doing this against the order of the governemnt of Liberty, mind you what, so that's making me as much a criminal as you are. But I'm having serious trouble believing Liberty's official version on the Order, just like we all know the official version on the nomad is quite falsified as well."
Trinity openned her mouth and said nothing.
But she knew sincerity when she heard it.
"For humanity, and our fight against the nomads, we are on the same side, general. I shall tell you as much as I can."
--
The LSF anonymous commander stormed in the control room, and talked with colonel Black.
"Tell the techs to enter code 540674586-94585-CCD-938247." he said, dictating from his datapad.
"One of the tech entered the long serie of coding on his own data terminal, and smiled with a certain triumph on his face. He turned toward the colonel.
"We've got him, sir. It's the right code."
"Uncloak me this bastard and..."
The LSF commander shook his head,
"I wont suggest that. Whoever is commanding still has multiple vessel. We, only have one operational battleships while the other 3 are still struggling to get rid of invaders. We must take care of them, before showing our joker card."
--
Despite being nearly half less than the order troopers who boarded St-Mitchell, the 106th men were holding very well against the invaders. The teamwork was quite impressive, each soldiers supporting another in a very precise and synchronised way in such pattern that no one was exposed to firefight too long, each taking a careful and well placed shot to a target before ducking to let his comrade do the same, hence giving the impression they were actually as much as the order soldiers shooting at very constant interval.
But due to terrain advantage, the order was very hard to hit.
Plus, they were now cutting through the door leading to the prison sectors of the station - the gate toward core quadrant being too thick for their small plasma thrower.

Trinity was still in pain from the torture but knew somehow the general who unhooked her from the restraints was on her side at the time. She could barely pull a smile after a few minutes when she heard her brother was coming to get her.
--
"Get the wall cut we need to move! These marines are not part of the normal guards!" Travis commanded as his crew started kicking at the wall to bust it out. They finally succeeded and were now storming down another hall toward the prison cells."
Guessing the people of the St. Mitchell must get lost alot cause there was arrows everywhere saying where things were.
Making it to the cells that had the crew of the Trinity. They freed them and now were looking for Trinity. Travis stopped. Then did yet another thing his crew didnt expect.
"Leave!"
Travis said to the crew of Trinity and his own.
"Get off this station and get back on Tenabras. Power up her defenses and get ready to get out of here!"
Travis was just like the General of the Citadelle de Quebec skilled in both land and space.
Turning a corner toward the interrogation rooms he shot a guard and hid him. Taking his clothes. Amazing how they fit perfectly. He then put his uniform in another bag. He continued down the long hall. Shooting one guard or person after another trying to find where his sister was.
--
Back near the exit his crew along with the crew of Trinity met up again with the marines. This time the marines had to pull back. Seeing as how they were now outnumbered approximately 10-1.
The crew of both ships ran to the air lock of Tenabras and sealed it off.
"Get ready to get us out of here." Stephanie, second in command of Tenabras, said.
The ship stayed cloaked as they noticed the battle around them. There was no escape. All 4 invasion teams still not replying. Though from the lights flashing on 3 of the ships they knew the battles were still going.
--
Travis took another one last turn, down a dead end hall where he saw an LSF agent, jimmy, in a doorway pointing a gun at him. Though not firing seeing Travis was in a Liberty Uniform. Travis ran to him acting like a part of the St. Mitchell. He turned into the room and saw his sister and the General, who saw Travis for a second time.
Travis, having 2 blasters, then pointed one at the General, who was still holding Trinity up, and the other at jimmy
Trinity said one word that froze the intense moment.
"Travis...." With a smile on her face before she collapsed into the General's arms. In a coma.
A minute passed before Travis said.
"What did you do to her?" As calm as he possibly could without yelling.

Isabelle sighed slowly, still holding Trinity in her arms.
"Stand down, Jimmy. Leave us... alone for a little while. I can handle this."
She could see the man was quite hesitant to go - and maybe even wondering if she hadnt lost it.
"Patterson, this is an order coming from a naval general!"
He saw the man leave the corridor, still trailing his blaster on Travis.
She sighed, and looked down at Trinity.
"I haven't done much to her. I'm afraid her interogator did her a lot however."
She looked up at Travis, her cyan eyes steely, defiant as if challenging him to question if it was her who made the whole torture.
"However, I've got what I wanted, and I promised your sister her freedom. This will be your only chance to leave the prison, because let's be frank, my men will pick you off if you try to run off alone even in this uniform. And with an injured person, you are not passing unseen at all."
Isabelle suddenly froze. That is, unless the man took her hostage. She just noticed she had left her sidearm in her quarter. And despite her being very good at hand to hand combat, it would take some hell of a luck to beat in speed a laser bolt...
Nonetheless, she hoped the man hadnt thought the same.
"Take her with you. Go through corridor 89, then 76 and finally, 01. You will be back to the landing bay by a service corridor my men will not check - I will make sure of this through comm channel."
She looked down on Trinity, and pulled out of her own pocket the little medal Travis gave her sooner. She threw it to the man.
"I don't think I deserve this. Please, keep it. I'm not exactly proud for what your sister had to go through."
Isabelle finally looked up at Travis, and sighed,
"I must agree though, I have nothing to proove I am being honest."

Aboard all the other battleships, the last resistant of the order ivnaders were put under arrest or killed by ship security helped by the 106th men. Colonel Black looked at his tech, and nodded.
"Engaging cloak detection code. Optimal scanning range, begin."
Outside the station, four small scanner dishes began rotating on their respective axis, faster by the seconds as they searched for the Tenabras' cloaking signal.
According to the LSF commander, it wouldn't fail. He extracted it from commander Elation.
