It appears that the Aoi Iseijin are gathering force in Kusari, and must be stopped. Today I encountered a particularly unusual person in Kusari space. Acting oddly and talking of "light" and "shadow", this one is almost certainly an infected human.

We sparred, we dueled, though it appears that the infected gain an upper hand in control over their ship. My ship was destroyed, although my escape pod is now safe on Kyoto base.

While pirating in Kyushu, I saw a huge transport coming trough the trade lanes.

With my lightning fast reflexes I disrupted the trade lane and ordered the transport to stop.
When the transport had stopped, I ordered the transport's crew to standby for a cargo scan.
The transport was identified as a Republican Shipping vessel and it was carrying 5000 units of Deuterium.

After that I made my demands clear, that the Blood Dragons do not like gaijns take cargo trough Kusari.
I kindly asked for a 2,000,000 credit tax, considering the captain of the said vessel acted rather disrespectfully.
After persuasion the transport's captain complied to pay me the 2,000,000 credit tax.

Today while pirating in Kyushu I stopped two different transports almost at the same time.

The other one was apparently a Zoner Borderworld Transport, and the other one an unknown mid-sized transport class vessel.
It was difficult to handle two transports at the same time, but the captains of both vessels were cooperative.
It made my job a lot easier, and that is why I taxed them a bit less.

I taxed the Zoner Borderworld Transport for 750,000 credits,
and the unknown mid-sized transport class vessel for 500,000 credits.

It is unfortunate how many gaijn traders pass trough Kusari.
Of course, it means more money and supplies for us, but we can't be there always.

Another foolish vessel so close to death, however, I fought untl death when the Traitorous Kusari Empire decided to attack us with a vessel far larger than myself. Today was quite an odd day... I ran into an invisible ship, she acted very strange, and the pilot fired on me with nothing but a, "Mwrar!" And i have to admit, since i mounted my new guns... i came very close to death... But lucky for me sensai showed up and saved my 'rump' as the libertonians would say. For that, 50 lashes is my punishment. *sighs*

Konichiwa Brothers,
it seems our plight against the false emperor is slowing moving into our favor.
I am glad that we have such strong allies like the GC's to aid us in our struggle for freedom and truth.
But now to the main purpose of my transmission...

For my patrol of our space, I came across two KoF Border World transports. I asked them nicely to stop for a quick scan, but instead they kicked in their cruise engines and ran to New Tokyo. My chase took me as far as the southern jump gate of New Tokyo, when the pair split up. I followed [KoF]Anvil as he ran for the fringes of New Tokyo space, only then did he finally start to use his comms. Not only did we trade insults while crusing into deep space, but the transport somehow moved faster than my beloved bomber! Though I was directly behind this gajin, the transport slip further and further from me. Once I reached over 250k from the nearest gate, my cockpit view began to freeze over and I was forced to return towards the star.


It would save me a great deal of "face" if one of us could teach these gaijin some much need manners.

So much ta report fer me first day in yer beautiful home...

I began me day with the journey to Tohoko.. as assigned, it was me first time in the Hokkido system an' ofcourse Tohoku... A lovely place but mysterious.

it was a Very warm welcome, i Expected nothing less from the Dragons... i left the craft in the capable hands of yer engineers an' went straight to the Employment office, It seemed as there was a job fer me right away a Naval Forces Cruiser was reported somewhere in the New Tokyo system. I rushed back to the Docking bay where me vessel was already ready for takeoff.

i reached New Tokyo rather fast due to some modifications the engineers did to my propulsion system, The cruiser commander found me rather quick disrupting the lanes... He Ordered me to leave back to Liberty and offered an escort... but little did he know i was in Kusari to stay and Aid your cause.

So it opened fire... i could not take him all by myself but i was holding on.. I sent a distress call to one of my old friends that was in the Tau's and about 30 minutes later he showed up... I was doing quite well.. but alone i could not down his shields... When my help arrived we gunned the Cruised down within minutes.

My craft did not suffer much damage during this battle and i continued holding down the lanes. soon after a trader showed up and I asked him ta hold fer scans when it opened fire... It did not take much effort to destroy his vessel but it seemed as this one had either a Cloning device or a whole armada of Trade vessels in a station nearby, because he kept coming back for more and more.. About 7 of his ship later an Outcast showed up insisting to assist the Trader in his mission to destroy my vessel... They both failed and suffered critical damage by a SuperNova Cannon.

The Saber was equipped with dual missiles and did some damage to my weapon system.. so i had to return to base. On arrival i freed the Dragons that were captured by the Naval ship that I destroyed earlier.

A Dragon at the bar told me a rumor o' a Naval Forces Gunboat was seen paroling the Honshu system, i waited till the Repair team finishes his work on my vessel and took off.

When i arrived to Honshu i verified the rumor was actually a fact.. After i Scanned his Gunboat he took off and started running towards Okinawa system where i intercepted him.
One of the Consortium pilots was also there and a bit confused of my actions... it was rare for her to see a rogue in Kusari, but after a short introduction we teamed up and destroyed the Gunboat...

After Destroying the Gunboat I asked the Consortium pilot what will be the faster way back to Tohoko as this was the only place in Kusari where i have landing right... So after she told me she also allowed me landing rights on the GC bases, It seems you were right when you said that finding friends wont be so hard.

After returning to Ryuku i meet with a Young Dragon pilot in its orbit... He was yet not known to the Police and Naval Forces and we had to change that.. So we flew to Osaka Storage Facilities to Destroy couple of it depots.

Another fine day of pure Kusari glory.

I was located at the New Tokyo to Shikoku gate stopping corporate capitalists from aiding the Corrupted government in gaining more force and collecting funds and resources for your bases when a heavily escorted Convoy of the KoF appeared from the gate... They had two "Stingers" Ranzu corp fighters as an escort. While trying to explain to those fools what their "Trade" doing to your.. what is now my home as well, One of the escort pilots transmitted a full on broadcast for assistance. a KSP pilot arrived and opened fire to assist them.. By that time i already managed to blow the Train into many bits of scrap.

It was not looking good as it was three fighters against my single Bomber... But i managed to take out the KSF fast enough.

A Dragon by the name of Cheng Lo that was mentioned in my last report came to assist me in this time of need. The KoF fighters ran away but not before a KNF fighter arrived and a KNF gunboat.

Together we managed to destroy all the forces they sent for us.

Greetings Dragons. Some of you do not know me. I am....new to the cause. I will be brief, and not waste the time of my honored seniors.

Yesterday I embarked on a mission. I joined a flight of Dragon fighters that were en route to probe the defenses of Tekagi's Arch. Ryuku had been attacked by many Wild fighters during the previous hours and we were to assess the stance and strength of forces at the Arch.

We damaged several ground defense stations and destroyed a handful of infected fighters. We then moved away as, curiously, a large detachment of BHG Hammerheads arrived and engaged us. Fortunately, we were aided by esteemed commander Yorimoto aboard the Dragon Cruiser Skikari. By my count, 10 Wild fighters and nearly 24 BHG Hammerheads were destroyed throughout the engagements around this operation. The Skikari and my Stinger returned the Ryuku and parted ways.

I now have landed on Kyoto and deposited both my prisoners and the niobium they were carrying. A small amount, but useful I hope. Would seem the Arch is quiet now. I hope Akane is pleased...

A ruff day out there today.

While patrolling the New Tokyo System a KSP vessel signal was picked by my scanner, The consortium was near as well. After a long chatter the Consortium decided to leave the scene when a KNF pilot showed up with a dragon prisoner in his hold... He would not release the captured dragon and i didnt have other choice but to engage him and the KSP.. my friend Cheng Lo san arrived to assist.

I only managed to hit the Light fighter belonging to the KSP with the supernova but the screen on my vessel is damaged and its really hard to handle combat situations at the moment.

Konnichiwa Sensei,

I have good news, one less Kusari officer to worry about. I was on my patrol in the Honshu system, I jumped into the system through our secret jumphole from Chugoku after I picked a [KSP] transponder on my scanners in that system. I gave chase after him and finally found him near the Akita Border Station. I tried to open his eyes for him to see for what leaders he was willing to give his life away, but he refused to listen. So I engaged him and destroyed his vessel and left him floating in space, no Kusari officer is a match for a Blood Dragon, and he proved this. I am attaching the gun cam footage from the battle.

Also my brothers I would like to say to you about a certain Libertonian named Polaris, who assisted me in destroying a Naval gunboat named "Katana", and assisted me in a fight against an Alliance pilot. Also we intercepted several traders whose intentions were to trade in Kusari favor. We couldnt, and didnt allow that to happen.

Many stories to tell yet me time on this base is short.. The ship bein' fueled and the ammo loaded on board as I send this transmission.

I will begin with disturbin' news.. the Colonials are carrying their Ore Fright through Golden C.'s And Dragon's space as if it was their own.. Entering restricted area's (Even areas that were restricted ta me till this point).
I could not sit an' watch em do as they please and made a great catch o' one of their heavy transports carrying Dull load o' Niobium Ore's. (Visual Data Got Corrupted due to gun cam malfunction.) The retaliation was swift an' came in a large an' concentrated force... but yers truly never scared ta face a challenge... those honorless pigs brought em two gunboats with missile mounts that will rip any fighter ta bits...

There was no much talkin' involved with em' gutless gajin an' we engaged in battle.. ta me help (after couple minutes passed) arrived a Golden C. pilot whose name i cannot recall... now the odds were bit better as i had another bomber ta assist me take out them capital layered missile boats.

It took quite the effort and after some time them =CR= called a retreat... but them brainless colonials need ta be taught a lesson. So we chased em' ta Tau-23 and managed ta blow one o' their Boats right 'side the jumphole.... The other gunboat cannot be accounted fer as the Ion storm disrupted all communications.

I soon received a codded transmission from base notifyin' me o' Miyamoto Musashi San take off.. i contacted him an' we rendezvous in a secure location ta work as a team.

I soon learned this man will be a great friend ta me as he is an honorable man an' a great warrior. After interceptin' countless o' trade ship we moved ta the Honshu system ta find "Katana" .. A Naval Forces Gunboat with Blood dragon an' Golden C. prisoners on board... As he would not let em' go we had to disable his ship an' rescue em ourselves.

Konnichiwa my brothers,

Today I have some bad news. After I took off to space from Kyoto I calibrated my long range sensors and picked up Colonial transponders in Kyushu, along with a KNF transponder. I activated my weapons systems and powered up my shields and immediately proceeded to Hokkaido.

As I exited the jump hole and plotted a course for the Kyushu jump hole I scanned nearby systems for friendly vessel that could possibly assist me if need be. There was a brother Dragon in Chugoku and I informed him of the situation, and told him to proceed to Kyushu to assist me.

I approached the jump hole and jumped into Kyushu. As my ship jumped into the system immediately my alarm blared and warned me of hostile vessels nearby. It was a Colonial fighter, and very soon a Colonial gunboat appeared. The other Dragon jumped into the system at this point.

After some words were exchanged the Colonials engaged. We fought bravely and honorably but my brothers ship was caught by the gunboat missiles and he went down. After that I had little chances to emerge victorious from the battle as both the fighter and the gunboat were after me. But I fought till the end and defended the name of the Blood Dragons. Unfortunately my ship was shoot down, and both of us were left drifting in our escape pods until a Dragon wing picked us up and took us to Kyoto.

But fortunately I already had a new bomber made for me prior to this event so I am back in space as we speak.

One more thing I have to report, a quite disturbing thing if I might add. As I was on a patrol through the Honshu system, an unknown ship entered my scanner range. A ship carrying the name of Sirius., a LSF vessel that was smuggling nomad remains and illegal artifacts. I managed to capture a few gun cam shots but that is all I could do, since he entered the trade lane before I could reach him.

Today we have struck another blow into the belly of the beast, the Kusari Naval Forces have lost one of their prized vessels. On my regular patrol I jumped from New Tokyo system to the Shikoku system because I picked up increased vessel activity in the system over my long range scanner.

Upon arriving there I entered the trade lane to continue moving through the system, when I saw a group of ships near the trade lane, so I exited and stopped my engines. Immediately I saw a Naval vessel that had a large transpoder signature, and when I entered the visual range of the vessel I determined that it was a Naval Destroyer.

When the Naval Commander spotted my ship he ordered his gunners to target me. I powered up my weapons and shields and set my targeting sensors to the Naval vessel named Magellan. But the Blood Dragons have emerged victorious from yet another battle!

I managed to take a single gunshot of the destruction of the vessel but one of the vessels that was nearby managed to take another one with visual confirmation that it is a Naval Destroyer. And as you can see I upgraded my communications console.

Me and my fellow brothers today intercepted a Freelance Zoner Gunboat aking scans of Chugoku. We eliminated the intruder and recovered the data from the craft and destroyed it.

Now i alone intercepted a Recon Cruiser stating him and his crew defected from the Order.

After i escorted him away from the Chugoku Hole he decided to dock at Kyoto. Very Dishonourable proceedure. He then stayed seated in the asteroid field.

Konnichiwa brothers and sisters,

I have some news for you. Today while i was flying through New Tokyo i received a hail from a fellow Dragon, Kintaki Mintano, who informed me that there was an unidentified vessel in Chugoku. I immediately turned on my long range scanners to confirm this, and there was an unknown vessel in the system. By the size of the signal its transponder was emitting we both assumed it was a large vessel.

I told him that i am on my way to Chugoku and that he is to commit a search around the jump holes in the system for the unknown vessel. After a short search he found the vessel that was heading toward Kyoto base, and was approximately 6 k away from the base itself! He stopped it and proceeded with questioning the Captain of the said vessel.

While on my way to Chugoku another Dragon informed me of his presence, Ryu Mitano, and told me that he is in Chugoku as we speak. After my arrival in the system i scanned it to locate Ryu-san and Kintaki-san. As they appeared on my scanners i proceeded towards them and to the vessel by the name VBT-Vanyali.

The three of us tried to determine his intentions and business in Chugoku. He was carrying counterfeit software and carried a Zoner Guard transponder. He told us that the KSP chased him into the system from Hokkaido. And after a while told us that they chased him from the Shikoku system, which immediately raised our suspicion. We were beginning to believe that he is in fact a KSP spy! We tried to reason with the captain and instructed him to drop his cargo so that we can deal with it. We couldnt allow the cargo to exit the system, for it may contain a copy of the system information within the software. And Ryu-san was going to hack his navigational computer and wipe any information about Chugoku. He ignored us, and did not comply with our request. So i decided to give him 5 seconds before i open fire. He started to run, which we considered an act of hostility. The final outcome was inevitable.

Today is a day never to forget. We raidied the corrupted system of Kyshu. We bumped in to the First most honourable Hogoshan pilot ever to lay eyes on. Not everyday you see traitors with honour.

I have some troubling news, while I was outside of Kyoto base, preparing to go to the Tohoku system to investigate reports about Isejin sightings there, an unknown pirate undocked from Kyoto! After he noticed me he quickly docked again! Now I want a name, who of the Kyoto flight control allowed this person to dock there.

As I suspected the pirate had no authorization to enter Chugoku, let alone land on Kyoto. The Shogunate confirmed this. We must take actions against such things, to prevent them to happen again.


After that I proceeded to the Tohoku system, along with a few other Dragons, Kintaki-san, Yuji-san and Hattori-san. We picked up a ship in the system with a large transponder signature. As we entered the system we began sweeping the areas around the jump holes hoping to find the unknown vessel.

We managed to locate the vessel by the name Exile, it was an Order Recon Cruiser. We started to question him to see what his intentions are, and soon realized that the commander, and perhaps the entire crew was infected with some sort of a disease, a nomadic disease. He posed a threat and we needed to eliminate that threat. Another Order vessel by the name of Bastet, an Order Carrier vessel was also present there, and the Commander agreed that the Exile crew was infected. At that moment a Isejin came into scanner range, what confirmed our suspicion about the Exile. The Isejin had some sort of a weapon, that disrupted

Unfortunately the Exile jumped into an unknown system, I pursued him but he managed to escape, we decided not to follow him in that dreadful place. I returned to Tohoku and Kintaki-san engaged the Isejin. But he had a nomadic weapon, it disrupted our targeting systems, and we were taken down like flies.

The Order Carrier Bastet took us in, and provided medical care in their sickbay. We werent injured badly, but we coulnd risk that the Isejin infected us with some sort of a nomad weapon. And the Order vessel had medical and technological knowledge to determine that. I requested Ryuku base to give clearance to the Bastet to moor with the base, to take cover from the Isejin, which by now increased in numbers, and to transfer myself and my brother there.

We must do something about the Isejin in Tohoku, they overpower us, and with their superior technology we do not stand a chance.

Today I have made another patrol through our systems. It was unusually quiet, not much activity. Besides a few Kusari Naval ships that came into Hokkaido only to meet my blade, there is nothing to report.

I spent the day in calibrating my systems with the Blood Dragon engineers at Kyoto. My scanner has been upgraded as well as the targeting systems on board my "Katana". Also a new weapon loadout is now mounted on my vessel. Now my "Nodachi" is being set up.

The Tohoku system was clear of Isejin activity, and Ryuku base had nothing to report. Today was a good day, as no innocent lives have been lost.

Konnichiwa brothers!

Another patrol has been done today, with some disturbing news to report. As I undocked from Mito Shipyard, Kyoto base opened a channel with my communication ID, and state that there are unknown vessels in Chugoku. A large number of unidentified vessels. And asked me to investigate it. I immediately proceeded to Chugoku.

As I jumped into system I began to sweep the area around the jumpholes, and encountered the first of the unknown vessels.

After I chased him out of the system and forced him to delete the navigational charts. I returned to continue my investigation. You can only imagine my surprise when I found three vessels near Kyoto, carrying Pirate transponders. That was unacceptable and after I instructed them not to dock on Kyoto, which they refused I opened fire. At that point they started running, and managed to escape. I feel ashamed that they slipped my grasp, and I will not happen again. All I can say that after this incident the Kyoto engineers installed a Train Cruise Distruptor on my "Katana".

Feels good to be back in space, and nothing like a good round of Naval Forces killing to get me back in the fighting spirit.

Nokemono-san was foolish enough to challenge me to a fight, but suffice to say, someone needs more practice.
Less use of ammo around my disrupter next time might lead to my Brothers survival...

I'll be available to train the rabble should they need more flight experience in my time amongst the Rising Sons.

Did some patrol work today, not much happening.

I then helped clear Chugoku of some overconfident Naval Forces, suffice to say, they didn't last long.

I didn't kill all of them though, I left enough for our brothers to interrogate later...

We should rally the forces for combat simulations, perhaps ask the Consortium if they wish to join us.
No dishonour, but the Rising Sons are a bunch of pretentious children, with barely any combat experience, you will need valuable soldiers such as myself to guide the whelps.

Did my standard patrol of Chugoku today, nothing interesting, few stray targets. I decided I'd deviate and explore some of the clouds of Hokkaido, maybe pick off a few Naval patrols, or some lost Gaijin...

I dropped past Ainu Depot, and figured I could do with a drink, and I can tell you, lots of pretty ladies about, and not half bad drinks, if you can stand the Cardimine clouds that is.

Well, I met a lovely young Chrysanthemum girl, and I ended up staying the night... I'll return to regular duties shortly.

Dropped a nearly-full load of fresh prisoners at Kyoto too...

I also had the honour of fighting alongside Hattori.Hanzo, without whom my job would have been rather less fun.

After a long run of killing intruders, and chasing off some cowardly KSP Gunboats, I dropped into Tau-63 to visit our very own Mito Shipyards.

My work today earned me my reputation and ID, and I am proud to do service to the Rising Sons.

Aswell as grabbing another large batch of prisoners for interrogation.

The day started well, I was ordered to confront a Naval Forces wing with a few fellow Dragons. We took care of them easily.

Many of them were captured, including some officers, and are being interrogated on Kyoto as we speak.

An unknown vessel showed up on my scanners. I determined it was an Outcast on its way to Hokkaido.

He was told to leave the system and escorted to the Hokkaido jump hole.

I spent my day patrolling Chugoku, and Tohoku. After arriving at Ryuku base, I proceeded toward the Tekagi's Arch.

I encountered some ships in Tohoku, and after approaching them and carefully scanning them I noticed some strange markings on the hull.

They were the Aoi Iseijin. They opened fire on me and I retaliated, quickly disposing of them. I managed to tractor in some sort of escape pods. I will head to Sendai as quickly as possible.

Finally I flew around the Arch, what a magnificent sight.

Today, I took up my first patrols of Chugoku.

I revieved a transmission from a Sister in the Chrysanthemums, known as Aki.Shikyo, who seemed rather pleased by the fact she managed to trick a Naval Destroyer into handing over pilots and money to the Chrysanthemum cause.

She headed to Kyoto and we exterminated some intruding Naval ships together.

After our patrol, she said her goodbyes and I thanked her for her assistance.

It's good to be back in my Orchid, and I collected some prisoners too!

All done.

So I spent the majority of the day getting my Guard Identification for my Orchid.

There were a few rogue Naval Patrols and a Base deep in the Chugoku clouds, but my Supernova Antimatter Cannon made short work of them.

After I achieved Guard Identification on my Orchid, I brought out my Blossom to continue my patrols. I encountered a friendly Hachiman Gunboat and he assisted me with my work.

I worked on the same Guard Identification for my Blossom, I landed to take a rest halfway, but I collected some prisoners. Soon I will have my ships both Guard IDed!

All done!

So I was patrolling in Kyushu when I came across an Independant Trader and his escort, I kindly asked for a donation when they fired on me, forcing me to run...

Later on though, the two seperately contacted me and paid 300k each!

I then met with Red.Dragon, and we moved into New Tokyo, attacking some Samura Depots and Ships at Yokohama Shipyard.

We then headed to Shikoku and came across two curious traders... Lucky for them they paid a donation to our cause!

We them met yet another Trader, this one generously gave more than double what I asked... He was nice.

We moved back to the lanes and Katherine.Crowe joined us, another trader came from Liberty, whilst Red.Dragon was fighting a Naval Ship.

The Naval ship forced us to fire on it, then defend outselves, the Trader died due to his inconsiderate actions, and he targetted me.

After a long time of defending myself and evading, I was forced to cruise off, back home to Chugoku, I do hope Red.Dragon and Katherine.Crowe are ok...

All done!

I patrolled through Chugoku and came across Yuji.Yamasuto, he was in a bomber so we decided to snag some Gaijin in New Tokyo, we headed there through Honshu.

After jumping we secured a lane and stopped an adventurous Miner, in a GMG Transport. We asked nicely for a donation, and after realising he was poor, halved it.

He payed up and we left him alone, deciding to head to Honshu again, and along one of the lanes, we met a Gaijin trader.

He rudely refused a donation, shot at us, and attmepted to run, with dangerous cargo of Plutonium. Fearing the safety of the Kusari people, we stomped his danger out, with a well placed SNAC.

Not much else happened so we swiftly returned to Kyoto.

I have conducted patrols today in Chugoku and Tohoku systems.
Met some traitorous pilots of KNF. Probably their rookies on patrol exercises because they showed lack of combat knowledge. Most of them I caught With my tractor beam and now they are proud residents of our cells in Kyoto.
During my patrol of Tohoku I met our brother from NovaPG called Implosion.
At very end of my patrol, when I was heading for Kyoto docking bay, our sensor network picked up an intruder in Chugoku. They alerted me and I proceeded to intercept him. Sensor tracking showed that he left Chugoku and entered Tau-63.
I then informed Implosion and another NovaPG brother Juntoku.Genji of intruder.
We proceeded to Tau-63.
Unfortunately hunt was futile because he was forced to dock Mito Shipyard by station defences.
He is currently in custody of Mito security force and is interrogated as to how he managed to get information on Tau- 63-Chugoku Jump hole position.
His fate would be better if he met us in space. At least then the death would be quick and relatively painless.
Gun-cam is not operational so no pictures.

Konnichiwa brothers!

Many of you already know, and for those of you that do not, I have been declared Shogun of the Rising Sons of Kusari. The Taishogun deemed that I am worthy of such honor, and I will not fail him but will only amplify his trust in me. My blade is at his disposal, and forever shall I serve him with honor!

After I was granted this honor, I took my ship and flew from Chugoku toward our Shipyards in the Tau-63 system, to receive my duties, and to see what is requested of me. Upon launching to space from Kyoto, a Nova Generation pilot was outside, but it would seem that he had some troubles of his own, since he did not responded to my hails, so I left him be.

I continued toward the Tau-63 system as Kyoto reported no hostility anywhere in the system. Some Ashigaru Dragons were conducting their patrols in the system. It is a magnificent sight to see them flying in their Dragons, they have much to learn, much to accomplish in life and we must guide them.

Soon I entered the system, and glanced my eyes on Mito Shipyards, the pride of each Blood Dragon. My docking hangar was awaiting me, so haste was needed. On my approach I was hailed by the shipyard, and they informed me that all is ready for my arrival.

As I landed my welcome was kingly, and pride entered my heart, never to leave again. This honor that was given to me by the Taishogun, I will not easily attest it, but I assure you I am more then capable to defend my Taishogun from any and all threats. And I will do it with honor! Enemies of the Taishogun beware!

Konnichiwa my Dragon brothers!

An unexpected thing occurred today, one which requires deliberation and discussion. It is not a common sight to witness what I have today.

As I was on Mito Shipyard, in my chambers there, getting ready to depart and return to Kyoto to begin my doings, I received a strange and mysterious hail over my private frequencies. Who dares to breach the Shoguns personal channel! Firstly there was a long silence over the channel, so I assumed it was a malfunction, and continued what I intended. I took my Katana and undocked from Mito, what a breathtaking sight!

But then the silence stopped, and an unknown voice began speaking. Who dears to interrupt a Shogun! I will have their heads for this! He introduced himself as Classified! How disrespectful! To hide your name infront of a Shogun! This is unheard off!

As he said, he was a former Order Commodore, that defected from the Order because of some discrepancies that he has had with the Order High Command. Although I was raged with his actions, I was curios to what he may want. There is nothing in the world I hate more then the back stabbing Order scum, and any enemy of the Order, is worthy of at least hearing him out.

As I was talking to this Gajin, a brother Dragon, came from Kyoto, and we decided to proceed to Hokkaido, and meet this Order Commodore, to see his intentions. As we entered the Hokkaido system, his vessel appeared on the scanners, along with another vessel that he described as his escort. A Gallian of some sort, weird Gajin they are, lacking manners and a proper language! But we were calm, as calm as one can be in a presence of an Order Commodore, former Commodore yes, but still an Order one.

This is all for now brothers, we shall decide what to do with this Order vessel, until then they are to be considered neutral, and shot on sight if they enter Chugoku without escort of one of our own. But if they do anything that you consider dishonorable or untrustworthy, you can take their heads of their shoulders.
