However, I would like to know more about the aftermath of the event, where would Atum moved and more details about it. And if Order| do not wish to be part of it, we will hold and take responsibility of the RP regarding it. That said, I highly encourage other Order groups and indies to help us during the event. Big Jeremy Plans in the works. Omicron is boycotting it. But the Order has been my faction since 2009. I won't take anything for it lying down. If that means I have to call in every favor and every ounce of goodwill I have in Sirius - so be it. I can't supply the manpower, Ghost. But you can bet your ass I'll supply all my backing, no matter how I feel about this event. Quite frankly, I have better things to do than to drag you into the Green Room again. I've stated my thoughts on the matter, provided the relevant evidence to show that they were consulted. I'm once again extremely saddened and demotivated for thinking that I could do something beneficial for a lot of people, with the help of some people to coordinate and organize something dynamic, surprising and entertaining for all parties involved. I've stated the intent behind it, I've pointed out potential roads and broke it down the best I could to see if even a single argument could be made in contrast to what was generated, and I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. It seems silly to me to cut off something people have begun to organize for, and something people have put work into and roleplay into to generate a bit of fun due to personal bias and the sudden notion that surprise is bad. What is the point of roleplay if the consequences don't matter? Someone could just as easily be offended by what occurred in Coronado with the gate, the Freeport incidents, or any random event that started small and became something large. It's demotivating to see people not even willing to make an attempt due to pre-conceived notions about us and our faction, and it makes me question why I even bother trying to do anything if I'm simply going to be met with the same people crying about anything that could ever possibly go wrong in a dynamic roleplay environment. It's almost as if consequences and counter-attacks are frowned upon. At this point, I leave the decision to the staff to decide. I've been awake for 24 hours now, eagerly awaiting this event to start and having fun playing our roles, trying to secure territory and lock the area down. Yes it was going to be difficult for people. Nothing should frequently be easy. RE: Petition to cancel the "Hellgate" Inverness event - Kauket - 03-12-2017 If the event actually stays up in the end when I wake up, there'll be an organised fight at 8:00 pm SMT and hopefully balance will be kept, snubs only. If people want to fly gunboats, fight against other gunboats. Gaians are coming. Aux are coming. HF may be coming too. I hope the Order does. It'll be good material for recording too. The Hellfire Legion has no intentions of starting a war with the Order. Our role in this event was to be policing the system, locking it down from outsiders such as the Gaians, Lane Hackers, CR, or anyone else who would poke their heads in while the Order and Auxesia duked it out. My question though, was: (03-12-2017, 01:54 PM)PRJKTLRD Wrote: Question about logic, if there should be any still. Don't take me wrong:Sleepy? RE: Petition to cancel the "Hellgate" Inverness event - Omicron - 03-12-2017 Currently in talks with ORG and OSBC. As soon everyone posts their mind, Order| statement will follow RE: Petition to cancel the "Hellgate" Inverness event - Durandal - 03-12-2017 It's likely that the Atum will receive a damaged (but dockable) ship model akin to the Altenburg in Dresden and be moved to a different system. Thanks for clarification man. RE: Petition to cancel the "Hellgate" Inverness event - Apollon - 03-12-2017 I figured as much, Justin. The question is where? I would like to know beforehand considering Atum is the base of operations for my group.
