I have finally been cleared of all the tests and am ready to continue active duty.

As promised here is my recollection of my encounter with the blue demon. A group of Primary fleet pilots, including myself and Admirals Rall and Landers, had just returned to Braunschweig after a routine patrol. Some pilots signed off whereas others including myself were keen to do some training, especially with Admirals present.

While going about the business of training, we were disturbed by a strange signal which seemed to cover the entire system. Many of the lower ranking members, including myself were extremely confused, but not the Admirals. They knew almost instantly what it was... a Nomad.

We thought nothing of it and continued to train. Once the training session was completed most of the piloten signed off and landed onboard the Moselle. I however decided to make one last quick check of the Hamburg system. This is where things start to become strange... As I was about to enter the tradelane, I heard a voice in my head. I couldn't tell what it was saying but while I was trying to figure it out, it took control. I was put into a kind of trance, I was no longer in my Wraith. I was in a field of orange grass. This field went on for miles and miles, and this orange grass smelt incredible.

In the trance, I picked some of this grass and the voice returned, it told me to eat the grass. I did... It made me feel invincible kommaraden, my eyesight was like that of an eagle and I had the strength of a Rheinland Battleship. I began to run, I was as fast as light itself. But then the feeling of euphoria vanished and I was back to normal. The voice was going crazy in my head, saying, "MORE MORE MORE". The voice also kept on repeating, "power, knowledge, strength". I picked up some more of this orange grass and it transformed into what appeared to be a cuvvet oozing a mysterious purple liquid. I tried some of this liquid and its effects made the plain grass seem like absolutely nothing! It was a thousand times more potent. The voice came back, this time clearer than ever before, it said, "CARDIMINE!! Liquid cardimine, embrace the gift".

Thankfully the trance was then broken by my comms systems going wild, Admiral Landers was trying to contact me. My head felt like an exploding volcano and it was difficult to reply. The Admiral managed to track my ship to somewhere in the Südheide field. As he arrived he greeted me and I told him what had happened. I was very traumatized by the whole experience. The Admiral sent out an emergency request for a medical unit to come to our position. RNC-Wolfsburg responded to the call and was there in minutes. I was ordered to shut down all of my systems and lock them with a random password. The captain of the Wolfsburg was then able to hack my ship and gained control. The Admiral sent us on the Planet Hamburg. Once I was on the ground I was taking into the care of Hamburg Military Hospital.

Now, I know that "cardimine" is what the Outcasts deal in and I know it to be a very dangerous and addictive drug. I have never heard of it coming in a liquid form before... We need to be on the look out for this substance, weaker minded men would kill for those feelings. This incident also leads me to believe that the Outcasts may be linked with the Nomads somehow. The Outcasts are the only people I know of that deal in the substance. Perhaps the Nomads got it from them? I shall look into to it mein Herren.

I thought the Hessians and the Libertorians were bad enough, now it turns out the rumors of these demons are true... God help us. I want to do everything I can to protect against this threat, I feel I can better handle an encounter, next time.
