All hail the Volkhan!
Mamluq here. Today, my mate, Codenamed SD-Inquisitor and me decided to patrol Omega-5. Our long range scanners and the sensor probes were transmitting signals of the Colonial Republic. The sensors showed 3 different signals. We thought there'll be 3 of them. We jumped to the O5 system. When we arrived we saw nothing so we decided to take a look around. We headed to the place where there are no asteroids at all and they showed up in no-time. 3 Colonial Nyx class very heavy fighters. After a few sentences of chatter, the fight has started. One of them departed after 2 minutes of fighting. He must have been afraid of us. We continued fighting the other two. Unfortunately Inquisitor's Odin's engine started failing due to some fuel injection malfunction so we started retreating to Omega-52. On the way to the anomaly we were struggling as hard as we could. We managed to do severe damage to one of the Colonial fighters. When we announced that we are retreating, one of them stopped firing. He gave an order to cease fire, but the other one did not obey so he managed to take out Inquisitor's fighter. I tractored his escape pod and entered the Omega-52 system. Landed and sent my partner to the medical bay.
According to the lower ranked Colonial's refusal, they are not that organized. They cannot control their own men. We will achieve a glorious victory this way.

Dobriden comrades from the glorious Coalition. All Hail Volkhan today we scored a great victory against the reapers of Sirius. All began when I exited and started my Patrol detail that included myself. I went to the Omega-49 hole checked Boa Vista nothing. When I reached the Hole for the Omega-49 system I meet up with Senior Lieutenant Ivan Petrov at the Hole and we assumed a Patrol with 25 way points covering the entire system.
Upon reaching checkpoint 15 we noticed on our Long Range Scanners rebel targets and RoS targets. Well me and patrol went to investigate we intercepted 4 ROS fighters. We had a Little chat and then we engaged because they were intruders to our system. Some rebels came and watched but when the ROs back up arrived they engaged to aid us.
Why I don't know and don't care, But I called for some of our forces to and the braw began. I got some Ros fans out there they liked me so much they didn't broke off from my tail the entire battle. The only thing that was damaged was the Gunboat Volodya that came to our aid. All Ros fighter were destroyed Uploading my gun cams.

Orders received and acknowledged. It seems Lt Colonel Wexler managed to get himself in a worse shape than I. He's currently being treated on Lanzarote base, under an alias of course.
In terms of what is against you Alvarez, those cruisers do pack a punch and the fighter squadrons that are chasing you down are expending a lot of fuel. We've heard unconfirmed rumours that the Volkhan's forces do not have the capability to continue striking at you.

Hrrmph.. I stress that these are unconfirmed reports. If there is any truth to them, then we will be able to see it in their patrol patterns against you Alvarez. My best guess is that if you wait it out for a few more days, the Volkhan will have no choice but to withdraw. Either that, or he'll come at you with everything he has in one last push to get rid of you. From what we have seen of the Volkhan's.. determination.. It'll be the latter option.
Ling sits back in the command chair to elevate his damaged leg up.
If he does go down the foolish route, he will lose either way. The plan at this point is simple. We set a trap, ambush the cruisers and disable them if at all possible. Either captured, disabled or destroyed, it will remove them from this interesting chessboard we are playing on. This will effectively remove the Volkhan's capital force. That's if we win. If the odds are stacked against us, we would still theoretically deal a massive blow to the Volkhan's future attacking options. We should enact a fighting retreat to get the Havana to safety whilst ensuring that the Volkhan's forces expend as much fuel as possible. The Volkhan's forces would be foolish to give chase considering the theoretical fuel situation, but again - I think they're determination to see you die will override that. We must, of course, guarantee the Havana's safety at all times. That means it'll cost us.
We will be monitoring you from here in New London General. The Social Credit is on standby. I do not know what has happened to the Karchov. Major Dimitrov has not got back to me in weeks. Some better news is that Major Lee has recaptured the Tianjin. The fighter corps has taken losses over the last few days but we are still here and still fighting. We can and will assist you General in any way we can.

I initiated a patrol with SD-Mamluq in the Omega systems close to our home, where we dispatched one lowly freelancer who dared to oppose us. Then a lone bounty hunter appeared, he was more intent to run away however due to his silence, he quickly was oblierated.

So we went wandering into Cambridge where a lone BPA pilot tells us to get out of his system. The feckless idiot managed to bring 2 BAF's, 2 BPA's, a couple of bounty hunters and a bounty hunter gunboat on top of us. Mercifully, other Straw Dogs and Sayoko Kato rushed to the scene. The BPA and BAF quickly fled while the hunters continued to try and claim their bounties. It cost them their lives. The gunship was downed, quickly followed by the other 3 hunters. No loyalist forces were lost.
Cheng sits back smugly.
