A bit of my personal opinion on what I've read from your response:
So you, a member of the race that claims the worlds and systems that the Daam K'Vosh, the creators of the Nomads, left behind for them, are destroying several physical forms of the Nomads and use their remnants for the production of technology. Is it really surprising that the Mindshare seeks your immediate obliteration for that?

Interesting. Some leaps of logic there I dont think we can help you with. but regardless. without kicking out everyone and starting freash i dont know if we can exspect a 100% turnaround in battle performance considering how the community is quite clear they dont want to be murdered the old fashioned terrorist way.

Also, keep in mind, the way nomads think is completely different then humans. What you as a human consider wise and smart does not really apply to the nomads. Also before the vanilla storyline the nomads were pretty much in hibernation, they aren't really hyper advanced as a species on a purely emotional/rational level. Technologically, they have an advantage due to knowledge and artifacts from the Daam K'vosh that they have held onto. They are smart, I mean they were created by the Daam K'vosh so I am sure they were designed have a high intellectual capacity but intellect =/ wisdom.

I've noticed a sharp drop in interaction with the community outside of the Edge/Nomad worlds since the change made regarding silent engagement. Are you planning on stalking House ore fields again? It made mining much more interesting when we had to constantly worry about Nomads attacks.

I had a very interesting encounter with one of your guys.
After this encounter I think my stance on the fact the nomads need to either a)provide good roleplay or b) do no roleplay at all still stands.
This was a, mind you, nomad gunboat sitting right on top of Manhattan and shooting NPCs.

As there is no choice but to roleplay in this community. Well. there's nothing I think we can do about that sir.
Second. "good" roleplay as a pretext to defending itself or i guess in this case being blown away or from what i can guess planet diving is up to the individuals involved. I don't see a context or a difference between yours and thiers in this instance. So i suppose the quality of pretext to an engagement is a little moot to argue about.
Wouldn't you agree?
I suggest you two personally work this out. sometimes i think this community is too small.

The K'Hara official faction has a slew of exclusive privileges given to it under the justification of it holding its members to a certain standard of roleplay while in space. That was my understanding, at any rate. So it seems a bit strange to dismiss a legitimate critique (that a member isn't acting up to the standards of the faction) on the grounds that your players are actually allowed to do whatever they like with no oversight from the faction leaders.

We decloaked at 9k. You can't complain. That's what you get for not moving.
You should even be happy if Nomads even bother to raid, as the situation is 99% of the time where the Nomads get ganked.
