We're not exactly on good terms with the Kusari Naval Forces but I'll see what I can do with our Golden Crysanthemums friends. Perhaps they have seen something of interest. I need to compile the reports of my scouts first and then I'll move on to sending a transmission to our good friends.

I'm working on figuring out what kind of cipher it is.
Additionally, my scouts have picked up weird activities from Rheinland and the Omicrons sectors, I will have to investigate further on that.
