It has come to the attention of High Command that several pilots are deserving of an adjustment in their ranks. Several suggestions were put forward by myself, as well as by several officers that have been operating in the field recently.

Firstly, Lieutenant Zareva Kaputski is to gain his first advance in rank, to Lieutenant Commander.

Lieutenant Commander Yuri Striatov is to be promoted to Commander, as is Lieutenant Commander Miroslav Baranov.

High Command requires Lieutenant Commander Kaputski, Commander Striatov and Commander Baranov to continue their repeated shows of diligence and excellence in their duties and I personally wouldn't expect anything else. Remember that with increased rights and powers comes increased responsibility.

Also to be noted is the bravery of those of lower ranks in recent times, with the recent rescue and continued courage of one Lieutenant Thorvaldsson. Keep it up.

Reinforcements are due in at any moment, and we need good examples present for them and the people, from deck-hands all the way up to the High Command ourselves.
