It has been a long while since our last report. Since our arrival at Sabah Shipyards ten months ago, we have been hard at work to prove ourselves useful to your organization; we may not be the most tasteful of allies, but we hope we have proved ourselves of some value as we approach our joyous anniversary.

We're contacting you on business matters. Our efforts in the Taus have not gone unnoticed or unrewarded. We have struck down hundreds of shipping vessels and provided the military in that region with some bruises. The Republic has always been a reliable place to repair our vessel and over these months it has seen considerable refitting. The Katanfreia hardly resembles the Destroyer it once was, but progress has slowed of late.

We have been moored for close to a week now as we are moving into the testing stages of our Exo combat unit- though the reports are out-dated and informal, your scientists quite thoroughly examined us, as per our agreement. The bottom section gives vague mention of our plans to develop the Exo.

Well, those plans have come to fruition. We are requesting a location- preferably an empty, obsolete freighter or transport of little value- to stage our testing of the Exo unit. Its strength, intelligence and weapon capabilities will be judged so that we can see what needs work next. We will pay any rental fees associated with borrowing such a vessel.

Our relationship has been quiet of late, and we have not made any outstanding requests. We hope to maintain that level of cordiality in these modern days.

To the Speaker,

I've been working a little on the exterior of your ship, although of course we're under orders to leave the heavy work and internal stuff to yourselves. Not exactly the loveliest of jobs as you've surmised but welding masks tend to keep your nose covered.

I've not been handed the files on your Exo or anything really, nor would I particularly want to. Still, from what you're telling us I think we've got the perfect little ship for you:

J20P - 21F "Drone Wrote:A second joint project between Samura and Kishiro, the "Drone" project followed the success of the Akegata Transport project. Ordered by the Emperor himself, these projects were meant to push Samura and Kishiro toward closer cooperation and more standardized methods and parts. Utilizing both Samura and Kishiro specific expertise, the Drone is one of the most technologically advanced freighters on the market today. With strong armor and powerful engines developed by Samura and state of the art scanning equipment and power plant made by Kishiro, this freighter is the best of what Kusari shipbuilding has to offer.

The interesting parts are the eight weapon mounts, high speed freighter engine (works great with Rheinland parts as we use, but probably whatever you find will do), roomy interior and the fact that we've got one sitting unused on Pecos. We haven't built an Atlas for everyone who came to the Republic, but it seems one group's already been assigned their homely shelter and hasn't any need for it.

If you can wire the CR|-Treasury 10 million credits, we'll get it all cleaned out and moved to your little section of the hangar, ready for us.

Have a nice day... I guess,
Murdo Stewart
