*Joesph walks into his room. He sits down at the table and starts to read though some of the papers on his desk. He starts reading though, and every so often, he mutters something to himself. He looks up at the person that he is interviewing, then he looks back down at his papers. Finally, he looks up one last time and starts to speak*

"So, Ya'll little rascals think you have what it takes to become a Cowboy? Right then, lets get down to business. I will need your name and age just to make sure you are not pulling our fingers here. I might also need a criminal report, just to see how ruthless you are. Just be warned, i can also check these logs so don't go overboard. Going overboard means you can get the hell out of my office. We don't want stinking, rotting, no good fools around here!"
