Well as I stated to your man on the scene.
I've asked that all Congress comply with lawful orders.
Now with that being said.. It is my understanding this is a fairly new item added to the contraband list.
Additionally we do have mutually vested interest in Rhineland so I've reiterated my previous orders to comply with lawful orders.
As to why he ran.. I cannot say and since he is now missing.. we may never know.
