I am Captain Jay Veon of the Zoner destroyer -Freedom- sending this transmission to request approval of a flight path. My crew and I are currently enjoying some R&R on the wonderful Spa and Cruise base Planet Curacao in Cortez.
I would like to request formal permission to travel from Planet Curacao through Liberty space to Ames Research Station in Kepler for the purposes of Supply then to travel back through Liberty space to the Freeport in Alberta to stand as security for the Freeport and her citizens due to the elevated piracy in the region as of late.
Meanwhile as you ponder your response I shall go back to relaxing with the crew and look forward to your response.

Hi there,
I'd hate to inform you, but under no circumstances are ANY Foreign warships allowed in Liberty. Even if you might be passing through. Zoner or not, you're in what, a Destroyer? Yeah, no. You've two options here, find another route, or be escorted through under heavy guard by any officers currently on duty. I'd reccommend finding another way.

I'm suprised to see your response to this transmission as I do not see any Identification of your ties to the Liberty Authorities or any show of authorisation in this matter, If in fact you are part of the Primary Fleet or government authorities there at all.
I mean no disrespect but I would request some official identification of your authority on this matter otherwise if you do not have said authority you probably shouldn't be intercepting encoded messages.
