Greetings.

There have been several sightings recently of Liberty "Defiant" class gunboats operating under the command of DSE subcontractors. After inquiry, it appears that a few of them are claiming to be using licensed vessels distributed to your organization. You can view the claim to that affect here. I wish to confirm the veracity of these claims, as well as double check the specific number lent and their callsigns. Your clarification on this matter will be most helpful.

Good day, Admiral,
  • This issue of gunboat diplomacy is all but trivial. Deep Space Engineering
    has a licence for four Liberty Gunboat class vessels as directed in your
    requisitioning center.

    Two of these gunboats are in active service under the designations
    DSE)M-26.Pershing and DSE)M-24.Chaffee. The other two are in the
    experimental department upon which new technology and advanced
    combat tactics are tested on them to enhance their combat effectiveness.

    These two designations are A-1.Skyraider and B-32.Dominator. As you can
    see, their combat effectiveness is unparalleled and are a demonstration
    of the capabilities of these gunboats utilizing this technology.

    Any other independent Deep Space Engineering contractors outside of the
    above four designated callsigns are not part of our company and we deny
    any involvement with them. Thus leaves to question about how they got them
    in the first place, I would believe the first place to look is the requisitioning
    office who sells them.
