Is the story of an AI than was capture for the humans in a near future but far enought to almost anything than is hapening now on Disco have any effect. The balance of power is diferent, yesterday enemies are now today noisy neighbors and yesterday annoyances are today nemesis. In this world both AIs factions, the Consensus and the Sov'reign are far more stronger than now and both are in open war with many human factions, gaining a reputation of brutal murderers in the battlefield. Not all of it because human's propaganda.
For the team in charge of the study is a race for safe human lives. For the prisioner AI is the final chapter of his history.
