Hello and welcome to BBC news at 10. On today's broadcast we will be taking a look at our Armed Forces and how you can get involved. Here's our Armed Forces Reporter live from Battleship Essex.

*The scene changes to BAF| Vessels destroying Gallic intruders, A voice over plays over the top*

"As the Gallic threat gradually moves closer to our homes the Armed Forces Officers are bravely doing what they can to push back the 'Gallic War-machine'. Taking patrols into hostile territories such as Leeds and Dundee is all part of day to day life in the BAF|. All of the Officers here love the thrill and excitement they get from the job and the pride in defending their nation. Lieutenant Charlotte Brooks is here to talk to us about her experiences in the Forces."

*The screen changes to an interview room and the two women are sat down opposite each other*

"Hello Lieutenant, we are going to ask you a series of questions about life in the BAF|."

"Hello"

"Would you mind telling us about your day so we can get a feel for life in the BAF|?

"Of course not, I started this morning with a cup of tea *She laughs* As always. I then proceeded to the de-briefing room where I was told my tasks for the day. Turns out I wasn't leading a patrol and was to conduct patrols around the New London system and assist the BPA as much as possible. A relatively calm day for a change."

"Sounds interesting, can you tell us about a battle or pursuit?"

"Well I'll tell you about the time where I was aboard the HMS - Sentinel under the command of Bridge Officer Miller. We were ordered to head into the Leeds system to rescue some refugees that had made it to the Satellite behind the planet. It took us 2 hours to get there as we had to go slowly making sure that the heat levels of the engines didn't give our position away. When we arrived there the refugees were waiting for us and they boarded the 'Underestimated'. As we made our way back to the New London Jump Hole, a heavy GRN patrol spotted us. Their forces were of:
One 'Valor', One 'Obstinate' and 3 'Lynx' fighters. Miller ordered the 'Underestimated' to carry on to the hole with Ensign Anthony Robson escorting. The 'Sentinel' and 'Royal - Enfield' (Destroyers) held off the Gauls. In total the 'Sentinel' eliminated the 'Valor' and the 'Enfield' eliminated the 'Obstinate'. ONce the two heavier vessels were destroyed the remaining Gauls fled. We all made it back un harmed."

"Wow. Quite a tale there *She laughs* Do you think any Bretonian can do this?"

"Of course, just head to your nearest recruiting office and they'll issue you with all the required things. After all we need more people slaying the Gauls, so get stuck in there!"

"Thanks Lieutenant, back to the studio."

*The scene goes back to the studio and the presenter is seen*

"Well there you have it. Get down to that office boys and girls! You're nation needs you. A goodnight from me and the team."
