Phantoms don't exist right now, they are considered retconned, as far as a i can tell, so it's kind of difficult to say that your character can join them.

Plus I thought Outcast even "feared" them and were cautious while supplying them, so, how does an outcast manage to get with Phantoms (who are not their in server) and even get "RECRUITED" ????
and when you are mentioning recruited, make sure the one "recruiting" your character, is actually present in the game ... that means someone has to play the character who has recruited you... and I don't think there's any Phantom player here in disco anymore ... !!
So, all in all too imaginary without any touch to what is happening in disco.
