In accordance with Article 5-A, subsection 3 of the Domestic Security Act, I would like to request for the modification of several records concerning the Barge Registry and the Criminal Database with respect to the Junkers Congress.

In particular, we would like to expedite the process of expunging Congress vessels from the Criminal Registry, and to facilitate the addition of Junkers Congress Barges to the list of permitted Barge class vessels in Rheinland.

Please forward the relevant forms and procedures to be filed and followed.

I must say, the Oberkommando of the Polizei was quite...surprised to receive this message. While the registry of Barges of the Congress is less problematic, the removal of criminal database entries is not that easy, especially in consideration of fact that these database entries were set up due to grave crimes.

Nun, the Polizei Oberkommando would like to hear ein explanation from your for this. You can be assued, that anything will be kept confidential, but your request let some people raise their eyebrows.

Given past... misunderstandings... with the Congress, your surprise is completely understandable.

More recently, however, the Congress has become a valuable ally. On numerous occasions, Congress vessels have risked much to deliver mission critical logistical support.

It is the intention of the Buro to reward Congress service to the Rhein with a reconsideration of outstanding warrants, and to expedite the process of Barge registration.

I have forwarded you message to the Polizei Oberkommand and they have approved your request regarding the Junkers Congress.

You will find the Barge registry has three registered Junker Barges and the criminal database...suffered ein stupid data loss regarding the Congress. I am afraid, the data loss is permanent in that case.

As for the compromised data, it is regrettable that such a loss has ocurred.
