Sorry for a delay. Had to prepare base defenses if RHA will attack.

Oldenburg Depot is Republican shipping corporation that was builded as Alluminium Ore trading port. It was constructed outside of DHC mining field. And as Munich is Republican shipping system, i think we have all rights to build base in there.

Our plan is to make that base trading port for alluminium ore so everyone could sell it there and buy from there.

Base have Republican Shipping affiliation, as it is our base.
