Greetings Synth Food representatives -

On behalf of the Ingenuus Research Group, it is a pleasure to address those whom have assisted many of our friends and associates in providing them with the immense biodomes your company manufactures and creates. I know of no one whom is not at least familiar with your company's products, if not already using them. While your company has a grand reputation, our organization is not as well known.

An organization of researchers and scientists, we work on numerable projects involving all manner of areas. While we cannot get into specifics, we will tell you that with our growing development plans, the need for basic supplies is increasing. As such, the need to establish contracts with those whom can provide our stations the proper commodities is here.

What we propose is this is creating a monthly contract to supply two of our stations. Our more public and corporate offices you no doubt are familiar with already, Bethlehem Station. Our other station, which houses our primary labs, is not so founded. What we mean to say is, our primary facility is based upon a vessel, so as to be mobile should the need arise.

With one permanent station, and another that is not, we know that our request is not an easy one nor cheap. We are willing of course to pay up to a point for your services in supplying both stations. As for our mobile facility, we of course will send you coordinates or at the very least a nearby station with which to deliver the supplies to. We will handle that side of things, should any contract of this nature be established.

Once again, we appreciate all your hard work throughout Sirius, and we hope to receive your response soon.

IRG out.

Greetings, members of the Ingenuus Research Group.

I must say it is a pleasure to receive another business deal, especially from an organization such as yours. While I cannot say I have any knowledge of your doings, the pursuit of knowledge and research is a most noble one and our board would be delighted to assist you in your efforts. In particular, we are able to offer supply runs to both your mobile vessel and Bethlehem Station. We can offer our Synth Paste™ and Synth Gel™ products, as well as Food Rations, Water, and Oxygen as supplies to be delivered. All the board requires is a schedule for deliveries as well as what quantities of product you will require. In return, the board will devise an adequate payment for our services.

Regards, Jay Stevens
C.E.O., Synth Foods Inc.

  • 15th of every month, in docking bay 4

Delivery materials
  • 1500 units of Synth Paste™

Greetings, members of the Ingenuus Research Group.

It is good to see such a large request from your group. When you request a shipment on the 1st and 15th, do you want them delivered on those dates or from the 1st-14th and the 15th-30th respectively?

As for rates, we will charge 20 million for each Bethlehem delivery and 10 million for each Ingenuus mobile facility delivery, based on market prices and standard contract agreements.

If you have any concerns or comments, please deliver them to this address. Otherwise, let us know if we are to begin deliveries.

Regards, Jay Stevens

Hello Mr. Stevens -

It does make sense to give more of a flexible timeframe, than on the exact date. Deliveries between the 1st and 15th, and 15th - 30th are acceptable. Please though allow spacing of a minimum of 10 days between deliveries. For example, if you do make a deliver on the 14th, please don't make the next delivery on the 15th.

Regardless, your rates are acceptable. We would appreciate if the first deliveries could be made before the 15th of this month to Bethlehem. After such a time, we will direct your delivery to the location of the Ingenuus, our mobile facility. We also would appreciate your account name with which to send first payment over once the delivery has been made.

Lastly, concerning your Biodome systems. You are still providing those services, yes? We are definitely interested.

Greetings, members of the Ingenuus Research Group.

The Board agrees with your timeframe. We have notified our loadmasters and the first delivery should be completed before the 15th. Any deliveries can be paid to Synth|Food.for.Thought unless notified otherwise.

Secondly, concerning our BioDome™ technology. We currently have 150+ leased BioDome™-type groweries on stations across Sirius, most notably many Zoner freeports and Deshima Station in Shikoku. These BioDomes are capable of being fine-tuned to grow any plant so far seen, even the exotic flora of the outer worlds. This flexibility does come with a cost, however. Initial quotes put the construction of a BioDome™ at 75.000.000¢, and it will take approximately 1-2 months to construct, depending on the speed of construction and ease of modifying the structure of Bethlehem. If you are still interested in these facilities, we can work out the finer details of construction on Bethlehem. Please contact me with your response.

Hello Mr. Stevens -

We thank you for your company's delivery to Bethlehem. We received word from Mr. Eden Naragon, resident station administrator at Bethlehem, of the delivery adjacent to your report. As all is in order, payment has been wired to Synth|Food.for.Thought. You will find the attached confirmation below.

-_-_-_-_-: Payment Confirmation :-_-_-_-_-

In regards to your information about your BioDome™ technology, we are indeed interested to discuss further. Please inform us on what you will need, as well as what we can do to assist. We have multiple "ZBT-100Z 2" class transports that we would be willing to use in such an endeavor.

Greetings, members of the Ingenuus Research Group.

First, thank you for your quick payment. Due to hostilities in Stuttgart, we have since been unable to do any contracts, but we are now back on track. If you could please supply myself or one of the board with the current closest station to your Ingenuus vessel, so that we may supply it?

Secondly, to answer your question about the BioDome™ technology, let me quote the Synth Foods' Employee Handbook:

Synth Foods' Employee Handbook Wrote:In 620 A.S., NutraForm, Inc. created their first orbital biodome, a structure built onto a station that was a self-contained food production facility. It became immensely popular with the growing frontier, and before long, most if not all stations had at least one NutraForm biodome on them.

In short, the BioDome™ Mark III (our current, deluxe model) features 1.250 self-contained growery pots, a full-range industrial irrigation system, 99.99% water recycling system, and artificial lighting replicating conditions on any known planet - stocked default with presets for Planets Stuttgart and Los Angeles, of course. The BioDome is capable of manufacturing nearly any plant (and some others) possible, with an immense amount of modification.

To get to the point, we can offer one-times BioDome™ Mark III, standard model, with full construction and logistical support, as well as growery presets for Synth-brand generic foodstuffs, purified water, and oxygen compressors. First, we will need to send a delegation to the station in order to properly assess the structure of the station, and where it would be most fitting to make the modification. When construction begins, it will be necessary for all non-essential personnel to move to a safe location on the station in case of accidents. Ingenuus Research Group will also be fully responsible for any accident or incident that occurs while constructing the station.

Secondarily, we will need to contact various firms within and outside of Liberty to assist with the construction. Once we examine the structure and determine exactly what materials we will need, we will then contact the firms and yourselves to begin the construction process.

Finally, a reduced-price one-time licensure fee for the BioDome™ technology at 50.000.000¢ will be required to begin construction. Contact myself if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Regards, Jay Stevens

Hello again Mr. Stevens -

Apologies for the delay. For the deliveries to our mobile facility, please direct your deliveries to Freeport 6. We have docking bay 3 reserved for your vessel to unload the goods, where upon we will transfer them to our facility.

Regarding your BioDome™ technology, we accept your terms. Once a delegate has arrived at Bethlehem, and conducted a full inspection, we will discuss payment and what account to send payment in order to begin construction. As far as non-essential personnel, we will of course have them moved to a safe location.

Please let us know when you will the delegate, and we will make sure that our docking bays are cleared for their arrival. Thank you again for your prompt deliveries, and we look forward to working with you more.
