Ezekiell has been warned for:

Consequences: This is an RP server. The Server rules lean heavily toward role play and role play is required prior to attacking. In other words, you need to talk to the player, in the role your character plays, before you blast him. You appear new here, so I dropped a sanction note in your cargo bay referring to the specific violation. I will let you off with a warning, but next time, it's loss of guns and credits.

i just killed him for breaking rules too,i asked him to stop as he was a navy and i was in my navy gun boat,he is in a liner, i try to talk,he ignores me,i talk ooc after disrupting the lane,then he shoots me,i dodge in my navy gunboat, (we both in lib) and he continues,then trys to run,i CD him and ask him to hear me out and he says something Spanish or French i cant tell,then he shoots me again,i keep CD'ing him asking to talk he keeps shooting me,in the end i give up and follow him CD'ing him and shooting him in my gunboat,he had Rheinland tech guns on a liner,and he is navy,eventually i kill him,and he replies to that with "GG to killer"
he also used smilies when he called me a fail rp'er

Hello hunjump,
your post can be read either from the pilot of Ezekiell or another player. As the bottom of the sanction thread is clear about posting in threads you are not involved in I will assume the former and read this as a post in defense.
You must be mixing up encounters, for this one there is no chat in the logs and the reporter was not flying a Liner.
