CNS.Cypris has been sanctioned for:

Quote:All attacks must be the result of some form of justifiable roleplay.
3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

Consequences:

Let me tell you a story - So this one time, a Corsair is looking for a jumphole in Order space. He is so eager to find this jumphole, that he doesn't RP with the Order pilots who catch him. What sets this Corsair apart though, is he opens up and destroys the Order pilot with no warning, and no RP prior! *Gasp* The horror! Well sadly looks like some of the Order found your ship and hacked into it, which resulted in some loss of credits as well as sabotaging your guns.

Moral of the story is, always roleplay with others before you open fire on them.
