Hello there.
I was looking for a Transmition Bar for a character of mine. If possible something Futuristic or Lane Hacker like.

Location: Unkown
Encryption: High
Character: Character picture ( if not possible tell me)

I will give 70millions + a 30million bonus if i think its worth it.
