Guten Tag, captain or the owner of the ship Sigman. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektor of the Rheinland Federal Polizei. We obtained evidence which proves that your ship was flying through Rheinland space loaded with artifacts, what is violation of paragraph 2.1 of Article Two of Rheinland laws - contraband possession. You can see said evidence yourself in data attachment of this message.
For this reason, we issued a fine of four million credits according to laws. Send money to account RFP|Arsenal and post confirmation here.
