He's a Molly Bretonian. It would be unnecessary to say that he's a Bretonian Molly because all of them are.
As the Mollies like to say that they are independent and free and stuff like that though, you can call him a Molly by nationality and be correct, but then I'll shoot you.

If you ask a Molly, it is Mollys, but they are obviously wrong.

It all depends on where exactly they are born, while Mollys are technically Bretonian they crafted their own culture and are attempting to split from mainstream Bretonia, if an individual was born to parents of the Molly movement they can consider themselves Molly, however if they are born to parents not part of the movement within Dublin they are considered Bretonian.
*shrugs* I could be wrong naturally, but that is my viewpoint upon the matter.
