Just put on the EXE folder. you will need launch freelancer.exe once to make it work thru DSLauncher.
Virus scan thingy required? if yes here it is.
(reshade fx and mastereffect with lensdirt enabled)

nah, it works like ENB/Bloom Effect and shouldn't trigger anti-cheat.

can you upload the settings files you had to make the game look like the pictures please?
the one thing i really dont like about all these "graphics enhancers" is that 90% of the time they just make everything too dark to see anything.

The settings file has 4441 line and is too long to put it here. It's best for you to download it and check it there yourself.
