Guten Abend Offiziere,
I am sending this transmission to you in regards to something I saw today. I was in New Berlin on my way to Planet New Berlin when I bumped into a Junker fellow in a Salvager frigate under the name "Rakkim_Epps" carrying cargo he probably shouldn't have been. Small amount, yes, but none the less I thought better for our brethren in the Polizei to decide as I'm only aware of the 10 unit rule applying to Stabiline.
My vessel the RS|RTS-Heilbronn has a camera built into the hull that managed to get a couple of shots for you to see and make the call on your next move should it be required, The aforementioned photos have been attached to the end of this transmission. Should you require any more from me please do not hesitate to contact me via this channel.
