Personally, I don't care about the argument one way or another, but accusing a paying customer of unacceptable behavior and language while showing off your vocabulary in a flame war is an abuse of your authority, especially when Black Widow correctly points out that the "staff" responses were offensive when he originally posted. Especially telling is the demand for respect in the main paragraph, as if you, as staff members, are Entitled to respect while the customers are not. Respect is given, not taken. You haven't fooled anyone with this maneuver, you've merely shown what you are willing to do to "win" in a situation where there shouldn't be losers in the first place. Comment is as important as content, and your comment totally subverts your content by raising the emotional atmosphere, especially the rather obviously False good wishes at the end. |
