When the admins votes on a report,
Do the ones with conflict of intrest have a voice on the issue?
are their vote also counted as well ?

No, admins don't vote if they're involved in the matter or it is about a faction they are a member of.
There are some rare cases where it happens but it's really when the violation is just plain obvious.

I'm just glad you guys care enough to donate your time so that we can all have fun.
I've had a few requests that seemed pretty big to me and things were handled fairly and quickly. I've also watched people make major mistakes that when I saw it happening, I thought to myself, "This can't end good." And both times it ended in people getting temp-banned or perma-banned.
It's important to remember that we are all here to play a game. We all want to win. We have rules to make the game play fair depending on skill, experience, and knowledge. These guys are here to enforce the Moral Compass that each of us should already have. But, sadly, one person's moral compass points to a different north than another's. Therefore we cannot force people to view the game from our own view, but we can all agree to step away, look at the game objectively, learn from mistakes, and create a more fun and exciting place to be.
I think this thread is very necessary.
Good job all Admins and Mods. We wouldn't have this place with out you and you wouldn't be doing without us.
