Nomad ID - including Tohoku? - Fluffyball - 05-09-2015

As I pointed out here, we should include Tohoku into Nomad ID's rule concerning "Cannot leave Omicrons."

The reasons behind it would be:
- Tohoku is connected to Omicrons (Omicron-92).
- Tohoku is place where Blood Dragons (Ryuku Base), KNF/KPT (Naga) and Wild (Heaven's Gate) are present and can met for clashes.
- Tohoku system is technically infested, what is already an RP knowledge for Blood Dragons and KNF/KPT.

Tohoku counts as an Omicron.

I'd hazard a guess that most people don't know this. It's not exactly intuitive.

Server rules don't put Tohoku into any group of systems. Nor Kusari, nor Omicrons.

Ninja'ed.

Check here.

Tohoku isn't listed as Omicrons on the server rules' list. In-game infocard states that Tohoku belongs to Kusari.

From a rules perspective it has counted as an Omicron, for some silly reason it isn't amended onto that list.

If the only way to know something is in the rules is to be aware of all the scattered green-text lying around, it probably shouldn't be considered 'in the rules'. Omicrons + Tohoku on the IDs would make much more sense than trying to reclassify Tohoku as an Omicron, which it clearly isn't.

Can we get some green text in here then please? :|

Admins! Leave your toys (banhammers and sanctionlances) and please answer us that tricky question over here. We are really interested why Tohoku was overlooked in the system listing.
