TO: KSP and KNF - Redacted.Member1-2 - 12-14-2015 Konnichiwa. It has come to the attention of the Kempeitai that a certain group of individuals have been causing some disturbance within our space. The group in question is referred to at this stage as 'Archangels Fighter Club' a group of freelance 'racers' as they describe themselves that regularly operate within Kusari space. It is no news that the Kempeitai, Kusari State Police and the Naval forces have all had their own run in with this group, amoung some of the crimes commited on our records currenttly stand at breaches of Section 3-1-1 artifact smuggling and section 5-5 in regards to use of the pirate train. We are aware that both KSP and KNF have at some stage recorded some reports following incidents with this group and Kempeitai wishes to formally request all these files. What we know as of this moment is that the group usually enters Kusari space via the liberty border through Kepler and Galileo, some without incident whereas others are caught smuggling or using known pirate vessels which are conveniently known to be supplied by the liberty rogues of Liberty, who are also known to operate regularly in that border region, a connection between the two has not yet been established although it is suspected by Kempeitai the angels have some form of understanding with the rogues in order to acquire the ships in question. Kempeitai also recognizes that this group is associated with the Independent Miners Guild as an escorting service which upto now has not caused any issue. A comm will be sent to the guild should the need arise for them to provide any intelligence on the matter. Their base of operations is currently unknown to Kempeitai, it could be they are operating from Liberty or directly in our borders, as a result Kempeitai will be moving assets including a heavy unit to the borders and Shikoku to further assist lawful assets in the area. Kempeitai asks that any Angel ship spotted in Kusari space is stopped and thoroughly investigated until we can establish their role in our part of Sirius. Kempeitai Command
