Tidings.

I have noticed the small chance onto restictions onto foreign export in which item known as Blue Jillies is on the list. I would like to ask for private issued license, since one of my contracts is to coclude deliveries between Planet Junyo, New Berlin and Planet Stuttgart. I fly civilian/neutral transponder (Freelancer ID and IFF) and for my knowledge, I have not been registered as a criminal inside Rheinland or Kusari.

I would also like to inform you onto Stabiline possession, around five units for personal use per entrance into Rheinland, which is a legal amount within its territory. The proper document issued by Cryer Solutions might be added, if required.

Herr So-Kinh.

I have looked over your personal request for clearance to ship Blue Jillies and have found no discrepancies with our Criminal Registries and Kusari. Therefor your request has been APPROVED as well as personal transport of several units of Stabiline. Please send a formal transmission of acceptance to the following link and your registry will be added.
