- Fixed some rephacks missing a mirror between Gallic lawful, Bretonian Lawful and Junker IDs.
- Removed some leftover Miner ID legacy rephacks and updated Gallic reps on default starter character.

Following the conclusion of Sigma War, rephacks and ID lines between GMG and Rheinland factions are adjusted:
- All hostile rephacks removed. Reps on existing characters should be automatically fixed on first log in.
- All engagement lines reverted to their pre-war state (e.g. corporate piracy outside of house space).

"Frigate" added to Ship classifications in server rules for clarity. For rules purposes, they are considered transports, similar to Liners.

- All IDs with "systems directly bordering Rheinland" as part of their ZoI are updated to now include direct mention of Omega-48, since the recent changes to Omegas jumphole connections was not intended to impact faction ZoIs.
- As per request of A/)- OF, to reflect Auxesia and Insurgency cutting ties, IDs on both sides updated to hostile status.
- As per request of all OFs involved, all Order and Corsair IDs have their no-dock rephack toward eachother removed.

- To better reflect the intended availability of Bretonia "Palace" Royal Liner, it's split into a separate cell on techchart (similar to Osiris, Pilgrim, etc). Available at 100% core on all Bretonian law enforcement, Bretonian Corporations and OSC IDs.
