Indie Corsair ID and Custodi ID can now ally with Gallic lawfuls. They can also now ally with them and Kusari lawfuls against other lawfuls to prevent awkward situations (like S21)

These are the processed requests that affect the community as a whole:
- Farmers Alliance ZOI now includes Sigmas
- KNF and KSP restarts have been fixed and no longer set Kempeitai to hostile.
- The Core is no longer rephacked hostile to Gallia, nor Gallia to The Core.

- Marduk is now open to Nomad ID
- Hogosha ID can no longer dock in Rheinland, besides on ALG bases. In return, Hogosha ID can now engage in piracy against Rheinland corporations everywhere, except against ALG.
