The Golden Chrysanthemum Gen'an Cell is a radical terrorist faction that seeks to overthrow the Kusari government and establish an authoritarian matriarchy. Cardamine addiction is one of their most defining traits and they use it as a security mechanism against infiltration.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is member of the Gen'an Chrysanthemums who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except transports.
- Can demand credits or cargo from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can demand credits or cargo from Samura ships anywhere, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can treat transports carrying Stabiline or Artifacts as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls except for the GMG and Interspace.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

To achieve their goals, they use a more militaristic style approach, rather than the more diplomatic one more akin to the Zoner community.

Pilot carrying this quasi-lawful ID is a member of the Velvet Organisation, who:

- Can defend Zoners and Zoner bases anywhere.
- Can engage any ship hostile to the Velvet Organisation within their Zone of Influence.
- Can enforce Zoner regulations within the no fire zones of Zoner bases.
- Can demand Nomad Equipment or Nomad Remains from any ship within their Zone of Influence and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot dock transports with more than 3,600 cargo within House Sovereign space, except Liners.
- Cannot dock Cruisers or Battleships on non Zoner bases.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
