Despite best efforts to avert the decision of GMG, my ship is not allowed to enter Sigma-13. Due to lack of further lawful means of negotiations, I would like to ask for counsel what to do in such a case.

I forward this case as person having acquired Kusari citizenship, son-in-law to Sato Kimiki.

Guten Tag, Herr Kimiki. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

Unfortunately I have to inform you that federal polizei can not help you in any way. Sigma-13 is not part of Rheinland space by our laws and thus we have no jurisdiction or power there.

You may try to contact Military regarding this issue, since as far as I know they sometimes pass through the Sigma-13 to Honshu based on agreement between them and Kusari Naval Forces. However, in my opinion they would hardly be willing to go against Gas Miners Guild´s decision, protect at all costs someone who was banned from their territory and force his way through, what would very likely lead to serious diplomatic incident. After all, Sigma-13 is part of GMG territory and thus everything there is governed by their laws and decisions. Even Rheinland forces are there in position of passing visitors as far as I know.

So, for the mentioned reasons, only recommendation I can give you is to avoid Sigma-13 system and whole GMG territory for your own safety until you will be able to convince guild to change their decision regarding your entry permission.
