Allow me to introduce myself, I am the Vizeadmiral of the Rheinland Military Hans Vardogr. Yesterday the Rheinland Military gathered a fleet worthy enough of ensuring our Fleet Admiral Herr Von Braun safety to the Omicron Systems. We had prepared this expedition in the hope that we could reach the Omicron Zeta system. Upon arrival of the Omicron Minor system we had encountered a Freelancer pilot accompanied by a Kusarian pilot claiming that the Freelancer was under Kusari Employ. First and foremost I would like to clarify that this operation was intended to ensure our Admirals safety and only that, However it became apparent that the Kusarian piloten were overwhelmed with apprehension due to a Rheinland Fleet being so close to the Eastern Borders Of Kusari.

After altering our course to the Omicron Delta system so that we could cooperate with the Kusari representative about our presence within the Omicron systems, the atmosphere changed immensely and we were forced to defend ourselves against the Kusarian piloten. Additional contacts swarmed in from all angles and two of our pilots were severely injured in the process.

Once we successfully fended off the attack from the additional contacts who worked in cooperation with the Kusari piloten and the Freelancer pilot we stationed ourselves near the Freeport. Unfortunately we could not resolve this diplomatically due to the number of people from both sides oscillating and overwhelming the audio feed.

The sole purpose of contacting you today is to resolve this incident peacefully as this has done little to dampen my ardour in maintaining a healthy and idealistic relationship between our two great houses. Since the incident involved so many operatives from The Republic Of Rheinland and other organisations, it would be beneficial to the Rheinland Military if you could perhaps give me some insight as to what happened here. I would like to sustain pragmatism as well as maintain a level of transparency whilst we deal with this incident. If you could shed some light on this situation I would greatly appreciate it. Perhaps if you could confirm that both Ikiryo and Mendez are registered under Kusari employ then we could progress with dealing with this incident.

Greetings, Vizeadmiral Hans Vardogr. This is Itto Kaisa Nitta Shoni, of the Kusari Naval Intelligence.

The Kusari authorities have received your message with great concern. The report of a Rheinland Military led expedition to Omicron space, and the encounter and clash with units that had claimed to be operating on the behalf of the Kusari state.

We wished for a fast exchange of information that this can requires, and sent yesterday a trusted agent to New Berlin to seek contact with the Buro, and set up joint efforts of investigation. Unfortunately, it was not possible to perform said contact.

On the part of the KNI, we have to inform that the division has up to this date initiated any operations in the Omicron regions, and have not been informed of any operations launched by the KNF in recent weeks. The division is not knowledgeable of the call signs reported by the RM. Reviewing the transcripts, it is highly likely that these are Kempeitai sleeper cells, or Imperial loyalists bent on causing confusion and harm to Kusari and its allies.

That being said, these units are working outside of the directives and consent of the legal government of Kusari, and should therefore be treated as any other unlawful entity that you may find in the Omicrons, with the aggravated intent of conducting terrorism.

The KNI however, would like to request information regarding Rheinland Military operations in the Omicrons and regions bordering Kusari. While Kusari has made no claims on territories in the region, it continues to maintain an interest in exploration in cooperation with Rheinland and other friendly organizations.

We will remain vigilant for any perceived activity of this cell that is acting in the Omicrons.
