I'm sensing a bit of a common theme here, Mr. Faulkner; it has to do with your inability to process information. First you apparently misread your engine's operating manual, resulting in the loss of millions of credits worth of goods for us and a very angry phonecall from one of our distributors in New London. Next, you failed to understand the not-so-subtle subtext of being on our do-not-call list. Finally - I should hope this is finally - you flopped when it came to reading the contract you agreed to. I was hoping that you would be less of a disappointment when shipping was involved than you were in our ill-fated escort venture, but, well, life just is full of let-downs.
