Subject: A developing situation
Supreme Council members,
A situation has developed within Omicron Delta, involving a Core assault upon Freeport 11, provoked by tobacco products. The Zoners have sent for aid, and thousands of people have rallied in support of the Zoners due to this atrocity. Auxesia is currently in the midst of providing logistical support to the Zoners, as well as escorts for their convoys through the Omegas and Omicron region. We're contacting you to inform you of this, as the Core have shown their true colors as warmongering totalitarians. I'm certain, the Zoners would greatly appreciate any aid the Reapers may have to offer, be it logistical, or security.
Do not let them stand alone.

Whatever The Core has as their real goal, it won't make any of us happy. Elders will rotate the Raiders from the Houses, they were operating into the Omicron Delta. They will assist you and Zoners against any treat.
