Honored Guildmasters;
My name is Kai Richter, Director of Security for ALG Waste Disposal.
I am currently at Singapore Shipyards, on the bridge of ALG Security's newest acquisition - the IMGC-104D Sagarmatha-class Battlecruiser Erdbeben. With construction completed and the last remaining diplomatic negotiations being worked out, the Erdbeben is poised to depart on her maiden voyage to Rheinland in the coming weeks, where she will primarily be stationed.
Thus, I am contacting the Guild for the following:
We've had a long history of cooperation in the system, during the Yanagi cleanup and with the eventual sale of Helgoland to the Guild. If there is interest on your side, we may wish to arrange a more permanent deal regarding the ship and your space.
At this time though, we only ask for permission for one time passage.

Please accepts The Guild's congratulations on the acquisition of your battlecruiser. I trust it will serve you well.
As you are aware, Guild law 3.3 dictates warships above gunboat class are prohibited from entering GMG space without prior permission from the Guildmaster or Paramilitary Commander of GMG. As acting Guildmaster, I am happy to grant said permission in order to facilitate the uninhibited movement of your ship from its current location to Rheinland space.
Should you have an expected timeframe for the ship's arrival, please inform me so the relevant preparations can be made to ensure a smooth journey through Guild space. GMG ships will be made available when needed to act as an escort through the Sigma-13 system.

With approval having been granted by the Republic of Kusari as well, the Erdbeben should be departing in the coming days.
We would greatly appreciate your forces taking over escort from the Republic's forces at the border with Sigma-13.
