Well now I've managed to get some proof oh how RPless your people have gotten let me post some rules for you.
Code:
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner. This exemption applies only to players who are in the system for the purposes of trading and does not apply to mining, piracy or any other activity.This was a few days ago

Now today it happened by your BAF Cdr evyn and a few other people The first time i was killed fair and square then i undocked from leeds spotted the IMG ship asked if he needed an escort while i was waiting on a reply i was shot at by the BPA officer with no engagment notice or RP, so i used my right of self defense to shoot him back. After that i Undocked from leeds and instantly evyn shot at me without giving a second thought. Thank god for the spawn sheild.
unfortunately i got no evidence for that but i got this let me quote another rule.

Also stop your people from meta gaming i heard from alivn that no report about me has been filed about me shooting down the QCP and HMS argyll. so how would they know

This is just feed back and since i'm to nice i won't be reporting it to the admins, also if any admin sees this don't Sanction anyone ;p i'm just pointing out that the BPA and the BAF have gotten out of hand by far.
oh aye and Hornet seven was telling them that they were getting out of hand but they just shot him down, words wise nothing more.
Also let me quote myself i was just ignoring them when i said your while they were shooting at me until they stopped i asked "your stopping?" they started shooting again. Really? At the moment even liberty does better RP

The first group of screenshots shows comments from BRF and HMS. Both are indies and are in no way part of BAF|, so I do not know why this is in our feedback thread. The only BAF| involvement in that was one saying "Yes", which was an answer to your question.
The second group of screenshots excludes any screenshots of the chat screen or anything else prior to the engagement. Obviously I can't see if they attacked you without any roleplay beforehand if you have no screenshots of it. However, from the screenshots during the fight, they do seem to have been roleplaying. The other screenshots away from that fight show comments and insults delivered to you in a roleplay manner, and were hardly inappropriate either. Quite simply, if you were to report them for those comments and with this evidence, I highly doubt even admins would take action. It was obviously in roleplay, the insults are not very offensive, especially given their roleplay nature.
Lastly, you repeatedly use Leeds and BAF stations as staging points when obviously hostile to the lawfuls? Please fix your NPC reputation.

Well then Miss Evyn hunter This isn't just about the Insults Its about the Role play and since your avoiding it let me ask one more time do you really think the police force or the Armed forces would let such disrepect go unoticed hell and once again let me say this the police force and the armed forces are ment to set the how high the line can go not how low.
also i just like saying miss evyn hunter because it has a ring to it would you mind if i kept saying that also i managed to see this because went through my steam browser got how annoying is this.
like i said it was just feedback not anything insultive and btw i wasn't staging my offensive in leeds or anything like that -points at them- they were the that attacked me after i was greeted the convy people and asked what they were doing and if they wanted any advice God i'm still friendly with teh bretonian people like i always will be also i stopped parking on derby because i know the BAF want me the first set of screen shots were teh day after i was killed when i quit because i called it a night
also i don't know why i got this kill on sight order on me. people are saying because i helped the hogosha and let me just say this the QCP were helping the HMS argyll and the hogosha were just there also i'd like to say are you people mad? i've helped some of you countless times against the hogosha wheres logic in that @_@

personaly I had enough of you. Orders are given and you will be shot on sight until you fix your INRP and OOC reptation with us. Its clear that you are reporting everything you think BAF is not doing well here. I dont see any different reasons for this, than ruining the BAF good name.No dont argue to me...I was reading each of your posts here. Everything we all said to you was clearly "Ignored".
As Dab said, you are using Bretonian bases in our sovereign. Fix your reputation with us and act like friendly or continue insulting us OOC, fix your reputation to hostile, and do what you want.
If I see you in space, you will be shot down until the orders are taken down or your attitude is fixed.
If you post here another insult to our faction I will ask a moderator to ban you from this page.

I did read it few times. Not that I didn't understand it, it just made no sense if it was supposed to imply about out of roleplay attitude. Sure, the player might not be perfect as you might want him/her to be. But would that grant you the right to shoot him? We all (theoretically) play to have fun here, somebody might not be as advanced as others are, but again, would that grant you the right to decide whether he;s worthy to be shot at?
I understand about the orders. I am not even trying to discuss it. However your own attitude , from what I see, should be fixed prior to changing others.
Also, if you are not the leader of the faction, how can you threaten to ban him for his feedback, that does indeed sound like honest misunderstanding and simple frusturation for what he thinks was bad encounters. Aren't you overstepping your superiors in this case by decided for whole faction that he should not give feedback, that sound as insults to you only??

I may not be a leader of BAF, but if you dont know anything about me or what i am doing for this faction, again...dont speak at all please.
This conversation is done. I have nothing to speak with you. If you have something to say about a fight, where BAF pilots were involoved, feel free to speak clearly here. Otherwise dont just spam only to get attention.

Please do not use insulting accusation when you clearly can't handle some questions. That just proves my point that it is your attitude that needs to be changed too.
