RE: PC build Bottlenecking? - sindroms - 07-03-2016 What is your ambiant temperature? If it is not 30c, you should be fine. The 8350 throttles at 63 and idles at around 40-50. Even a 212 Evo (which I used to use) could handle a 12% OC with an average operating temperature of 50-60.
