Howdy mister Sader,
You've probably already heard and dealt with this, but I figured I'd best report it anyhow. I regret to inform you of the destruction of one 5th|Ethan.Taylor's vessel 2K away from the Coronado jump hole. The Ensign demanded that a cert'n freelancer jettison the ejection pods of a navy pilot and 3 bunter pilots. The lancer demanded he be rewarded for "saving" the pilots after their ships had been destroyed in a fight with unknown individuals. The lancer was the first to open fire.

I was unable to help the Ensign, as I am prohibited from firin' unless my crew is directly endangered. I tractored in all the remains of the ship and among them were no life pods.
And there's something else... I am not sure how to say this, so I'll just put it bluntly. The crew of LNS-Warspite is under some sort 'a... mind control. I know this sounds insane, but you just hear what I'm sayin'.
Few days ago while I was monitorin' the trade lanes on Magellan, a suspicious Zoner Colony ship uncloaked near me and started sayin' all kinds 'a crazy stuff. The cap revealed he's been real friendly with none other than them damned Nomads. Says he speaks their language. Like I said, crazy. Then the bad part goes down, LNS-Warspite arrives about 2 minutes after the shifty Zoner uncloaked. The ship's bow turns toward mine and from my experience, that is the best firing position. I assume the same position, turning my bow towards the Warspite, ready to fire. Some... inexplicable sounds come through my radio in a broken English so bad I struggle to this day to understand what it meant. Visions start to cloud my mind, of my ship's destruction. That has only ever happened when I came in contact with the aliens in the Omicrons, when I had my ship so badly damaged and your boys decided to help me get to the Omegas through Liberty space.
Anywho, that's when I decided I have to try and escape. Unfortunately, as I was impulsing to the base, the salvo from the Warspite knocked everything out, including my life support. We had to be rescued by the crew on Freeport 4 after the rogue navy ship left the system. The Zoner was also nowhere to be seen.
Now, I'm not a bettin' man, but if I was, I'd be bettin' that this ain't a secret to the navy. They must have some kind of monitoring system aboard their ships. If that is the case, how could someth'en like this happen so... easily?
Mister Admiral Sader, if there is one thing I as a Zoner am not prohibited from shoot'n on sight, it's an alien. If it happens so that I see the Warspite again and the same suspicious activity comes up and escape is not an option, I will not hesitate to engage. Please don't take this as a direct threat to your navy. That ship is definitely not fighting for the same side that y'all are. I'm tryin' to help y'all, is all.
