Esteemed Ally,

I trust you've been well since the last time we've had the pleasure of speaking. Over the months, our forces have gladly worked alongside the Independent Miners Guild. From escorting convoys and securing mining operations, to the Delta Crisis and more recently, combat strikes against Maltese incursions. Despite the accusations originally presented against us, we've remained true to our word and have continued to aid your people valiantly when the opportunity is provided.

There comes a time, every so often where we request the Guild's aid in a task that goes far beyond our own ability to handle. This is one such time. I do not make this request lightly, as I can understand the tense diplomatic situation the Guild is in. A never-ending struggle within the Tau region with the Maltese pressing on your workers. The Gallic Royal Navy has shown a face of neutrality to our forces recently, much to Keeper Raven's surprise. Even so - What is required is quite important, and I wish to ensure every avenue is covered to ensure the Guild and their standing is not compromised in any way.

Once again we request clearance for a warship to occupy a berth at Singapore shipyard. That is - If the vessel manages the perilous flight to the Taus, of course. Moving a crippled vessel of such a size is never easy, especially when there is two war zones between it and its destination.

And no, declining this will not taint our relationship. In fact, it'd be perfectly understandable within the Guild's best interests if it were something that isn't feasible. I wish you well, Guildmaster.

Safe skies.

- Curator Endurance

Greetings 'Endurance',

It is a pleasure to hear from you and the news you are carrying about your organization. You are indeed correct; you have remained true to your word.

Before I answer to your request, I should clarify that the IMG does not employ any 'workers' within its ranks. We are all guildmembers of the IMG family, simply employed in different positions. That is what distinguishes us and separates us from any other corporation.

Naturally, I would have authorized your warship's move to our shipyard, however there are some diplomatic developments which put us in a tight spot. We have recently received a message by the Bounty Hunters' Guild which accuses your organization of stealing Guild's property. Whatever your have done to the BHG is not of our concern, however they are our most significant and decades-long ally in the northern Taus. We would rather avoid any diplomatic fallout, if the warship in question is of APM origin. If it is not of APM origin, then consider your request accepted. If it is, then I would humbly advise you to seek clearance from the government of Bretonia and head for repairs to the biggest shipyard of the Omega region, Aland.

We are eagerly awaiting for your response.

Sincerely yours,
Guild Master Alan Smith

Guildmaster Alan Smith,

I thank you for your quick response, and apologize for my ignorance when referring to the Guildmembers as workers.

As for the Bounty Hunters Guild, they've recently begun assaulting our forces across Sirius, and have done so by violating various house laws, including a direct violation of Bretonian and Crayterian laws, with officers present on the latter. Their accusations of theft are baseless and have gone no where. Their intent is to enact violence, and a well respected member of Auxesia was shot twice on Cambridge by what appeared to be a member of their Guild. No need to worry, as he's recovering and survived. These violations have been reported to the appropriate authorities, and we expect some form of action to be taken to correct their behavior, as even they are not above the law. No matter - As we will not ask the Guild to take sides, and do our utmost to not involve you in any way.

And to clarify - No. This vessel is not of APM origin. The details cannot currently be provided, but it was once the top of the line in Liberty over two decades ago. Depending on the damage and state of the vessel, we may not even require to traverse to Singapore, but if it is the case where we must, we wish to ensure the Guild is aware that they might receive us, and that we'd be there for several days.

I trust this clarifies things, and if you have further questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Safe skies.

- Curator Endurance

Guildmaster Alan Smith,

I hope this request wasn't buried. In the end, it wasn't necessary for that particular vessel, as some associates of ours closer to home had opened their doors and aided in the repairs. The Andraste has since entered service.

Though today, I'd like to modify my request. Recently, The Andraste responded to a distress call made by a vessel in the Omega region of Sirius, not far from areas in which you operate. Upon arriving and mooring with the vessel, Auxesian forces uncovered that most of the crew on board were either dead or dying, by their own hands. Combat ensued when approaching the bridge, and a lot of people lost their lives. A series of explosions had occurred that damaged the vessel extensively. Its primary propulsion system is no longer functioning and it's relying on secondary systems.

I have yet to arrive to investigate the scene myself, but I intend to in the coming days. Because of the proximity of the vessel to Aland shipyard, I'd like to modify my request for the particular vessel of cruiser classification to be given access along with the Arktos to Aland Shipyard for the duration of the investigation and salvage operation.

In accordance with Bretonian law, I will be making contact with the Bretonian Government about this matter as well to ensure legality does not become an issue, and that temporary access be granted for both vessels for the time being. That is, of course, if you grant the request.

'Endurance',

After the latest Board meeting, it has been decided that the Independent Miners' Guild will refuse to grant any and all of the aforementioned requests.

The Core Propaganda has recently depicted public footage of a combined Core and Auxesia fleet utterly exterminating an installation without any warning. This merciless and inhuman loss of life is not what our Guild stands for. This is why the whole of Sirius sector opposed the actions of the Core not six months ago. Yet once again Auxesian forces were grouped with and immorally assisted the Core war machine.

'Endurance', I am eager to hear your side of events. However please remember that our memory of the events of FP11 is still fresh.

Sincerely yours,
Guild Master Alan Smith

Good evening, Mister Smith.

I regret to inform you that Curator Endurance was lost. An incident involving radiation poisoning, so on and so forth. The details aren't relevant at this time, but for now I'll be answering your request, so allow me to fill in the blanks of politics over the past few months.

I'm sure you're aware that our stance with the Order has always been one of mistrust and distaste. In fact, the Order had sent a fleet after our people, which prompted the Delta event as the Curator had explained in our involvement of combat. We are no friends of the Core, either. However there comes a time in certain situations where even your enemy might be of use, and this was one such time, so let's go over this from the beginning.

We attempted to make contact and resolve our diplomatic differences with the Order time and time again, and many of those times ended in gunfire from their vessels. Eventually, the Curator managed to sit down and speak with one Admiral Jeremy Hunter about the relationship between our people and theirs. The ironic part is - we're two organizations fighting the same thing, but the philosophical and methodological differences between us continued to grow. Eventually during an incident in California where one of our civilian logistics vessels came under fire by Liberty Forces, an Order Osiris-Class Battleship joined the combat against our people. Having had enough of their pushing and assaults, we've retaliated.

But if you know anything about strategy and our two forces, you'd know that we are greatly outnumbered by the Order. We weren't simply going to lay down while they continued to harass our people and make baseless claims of subterfuge. We weren't going to sit around while they shot at us like targets, so we had to make a deal with the devil to send a message to the Order. We informed the Core of the location of that Iridium Refinery. It was far from a civilian installation, and was more-so a source for the Order to continue manufacturing weapons they might continue to use against us.

In our eyes, this was an unavoidable outcome to their actions. They continued to harass the snake until it bit back when they least expected it, and before you go ahead and accuse us of becoming friends with the Core, allow me to quote the Curator's own words in their transmission.

As you can see, a temporary deal was made with no intention of further cooperation. All ties have since been cut and the Core have engaged us once again on multiple occasions, only to suffer several losses to our vessels.

Mako - Destroyed
Thresher - Destroyed
Mako - Destroyed

So no. We are not friends with the Core, nor do we intend to ever be, but as I said - Sometimes a deal with the devil must be made to stay alive and deliver a message, and that message was made clear. Personally I think this war is stupid, and I think the Order's aggression against us is just as stupid as it was six months ago. There was so much potential for more, but now it seems their organization has degraded in its own integrity, as one of their warships defected to the Liberty Navy. Their Independent World Campaign has cost them two warships now. The Razgriz and the Amenhotep. They're reckless and wasteful, ignorant and idiotic, and had they kept their guns in their holsters instead of trying to eradicate us, then retaliation never would've come.
