Let us assume you deny my offer. I would 'ave lost nothing and just continue my work wantonly murdering your people whenever I come across them, and I assure you the losses sustained will at some point outweigh the production cost of the cruiser I want from you. So what is your loss? Lives, and a lot of them at that.
