TO: The Corsair Elders

Good Afternoon,

As I have heard in the recent news, the Corsair Empire has been going into active large scale battles against the Outcasts.
I hope your brothers and sisters in arms have and will be victorious in battle.

I am reaching forwards to the council to ask for some assistance that will compliment in your war efforts.

We both know a war such as this requires your fleets to be well supplied and fed. The Archangels wish to aid you in delivering large amounts of food and drink to your choice of location to aid in keeping the moral high and the men strong and fit in battle. We can also offer to bring more Munitions and equipment you need.

However, that being said, we have a very important problem. We are now at war with the Gas Miners Guild and may have trouble penetrating the Sigma region to access Corsair territory efficiently. This is not to say the there are not other routes to take, but this is a wall that we find needs to be broken. Additionally, our supply line in Sigma-13 is in danger and we need back-up urgently.

We will be more concentrated now in Sigma-13 to repel attacks as well as counter any flanking forces that we find that are heading down to further into the glorious Corsair Empire. We ask that the gracious elders may accept to send a detachment down to our Newport installation for defense purposes to repel against invasion from the GMG. The men there will our greatest guests, you have my word.

We ask you in eagerness to please aid us and in effect strengthen also your flanking boarded. We will then be able to speed up sending needed food and supplies down to the Corsair Fleets and hard working men and women of Crete in this desperate time.

Please hear and consider our needed proposal.

May the sun never set on the Corsair Empire.
Cheers,

Buenos dias Sunny,

I am not surprised that you are having trouble with the Gas Miners Guild. These pests have been against our great Empire for quite some time now. They seem to take pleasure in oposing us and our amigos in Kusari.
If they were to be eradicated today, i doubt anyone would miss those pendejos.

We can spare a fighter wing to be sent to guard Newport. However, we'll be expecting 20,000 units of Black Market Munitions to be delivered to Tripoli Shipyard and 10,000 units of Kyushu Rice alongside 10,000 units of Food rations to planet Crete on a monthly basis.
You can count on our support.

Transmission Authentication Confirmed - Elder Hector Beltran, Consul of The Brotherhood

Saludos, mis amigos, Beltran here.

Our forces will deploy a specialized fighter squadron to the Kusari Border.

It is important for you to consider that the Hogosha and the Farmers' Alliance have been loyal and honorable friends to the Corsair People, and while it seems you have not been able to resolve your mutual differences yet, I am sure that the success of such diplomatic efforts would be very, very fruitful.

Believe me, seƱores. It is worth a try.

Also, we have made certain arrangements. In the future, you can send messages or make secure live broadcasts directly to The Brotherhood; Corsair Elders expect to be very busy with other matters in these next months.

I have left a part of my work to another very important leader of The Brotherhood, who is not a Corsair Elder as I am. Being the Consul of The Brotherhood and an Elder at the same time can exhaust even strong old men like me.

Muy buena suerte, Archangels. We may meet again.

Beltran out.

TO: The Brotherhood

Good Afternoon,

During the months that have been following, we have been moving supplies to Crete as requested. We expect to have the deliveries completed by the end of the month for this current month plus the previous one as well. We have had unfortunately several delays and events that made these deliveries a quite slower process, which I can imagine can hurt the Corsair Economy quite a bit. One of such reasons would be in large part the Auxesia and their funders: The Junker Congress.

Now I know you are saying to yourselves that this is such a wild accusation. Allow me to guide you through the evidence I have gathered that shows a dark situation has emmerged to not only endanger my club but also the threat of the empire's wealth and abundance.

Our first encounter with a hostile Auxesia is in the SIgmas on a supply mission. They claimed that there are people that don't want us around, as if to say they are working for the GMG, but it daunted on us that they would not be possibly working for them. Someone else wanted us gone.

Our next contact was again in the Sigmas on another supply mission which further showed that the Auxesia cared more for taking us out rather than a NOMAD that was right next to them. They spew that they are fully against Nomads, but when faced between a decision of Nomad vs Human, you see the outcome.

We then on a third attempt find them in Liberty. There we found another Nomad sighting with the Auxesia who still attack us rather than the Nomad, but also we see the Junkers hanging around and not doing anything about the situation. You know I had heard from my long long ago Junker brother named Rico that the Auxesia used to hunt down the Junkers, though now they ignored them. The Auxesia are enemies in Liberty, yet do the Junkers do anything? Rather they just look around and do nothing.

Though alas... what can you do? Perhaps a coincidence? Take a look at incidences here and here. In the first you see a Junker is speaking to nomads and not engaging in attacks. In the other you see how the Junker idly watches as the AFC fights against nomads and he does nothing to help. Nothing.
I wonder what is the reason behind not helping a fellow human under a nomad attack.

This is only the beginning.

These assumptions were in the back of my mind at that point. There was no real way to link A and B together. I knew at that moment that Auxesia was working for someone and it was not GMG since they had actively hunted us in Liberty which is a hostile system and away from GMG influence. I knew that they were ignoring Nomads and that same habit was with the Junkers who did not try to help a fellow human out with nomads but rather had shown resistance in assisting. I was also aware our enemies were the GMG, Several Pirate factions, and our unfriendly relations with the Hogosha, though I could not imagine any of them linking up with the Auxesia against us with such a large Zone of Infulence in Sirius. When I thought about it long enough, the only group that would be able to pull this type of stunt off that was possible was the Junkers.

I had the pleasure of making this assumption turn to truth.

My assumptions came true when I was around Texas and met a Junker that was rudely CDing me and telling me to stop while also shooting down trade lanes, as if to pirate me even. This was all strange and I went off, though came back later and decided to meet with the Junkers themselves. I entered P.R. and found that their stations were made hostile to me (It was friendly before) and everyone in the system was behaving hostile. In my discussion with the Junkers, the following came up:

Quote:[20.10.2016 00:14:13] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: I can assure you, ain't none of my folks goin to shoot you here.
[20.10.2016 00:14:25] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Oh really? And what about the Auxilia?
[20.10.2016 00:14:30] .:j:.Scrap.Defender: Gilbert: Fall back gents.
[20.10.2016 00:14:36] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I'm waiting for them to show up too.
[20.10.2016 00:14:43] .:j:.ScrapVulture: Snell: Roger, guy's killed himself, politcally, anyway.
[20.10.2016 00:14:52] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: I can't speak fer them.
[20.10.2016 00:14:59] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Of coarse you cant.
[20.10.2016 00:15:03] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: *smiles*

Quote:[20.10.2016 00:46:12] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: Well, lets start it out with what're you wantin from us?
[20.10.2016 00:46:45] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: From you? Simple neutrality at the least.
[20.10.2016 00:47:02] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: That can be arranged.
[20.10.2016 00:47:07] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: And also
[20.10.2016 00:47:28] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: If I am right about my hunch...
[20.10.2016 00:47:51] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: You understand what the full extent of neutrality is.
[20.10.2016 00:48:53] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: I do, an I can say you might jus see a decline in health hazards 'round Sirius within the next 24-48 hours.

[20.10.2016 00:49:02] /time
[open quote source]

So you see their squirming when faced with the question. They wont refuse, but they admit there were some "Health Hazards Around Sirius".

Continuing further is yesterday's encounter in Bering. There was a Nomad sighting there and the Junkers were there as well. Surprising? When alone, that Junker told me point blank to get out of Bering becasue there are people that do not like us around. Sounds like something the Auxesia said the first time THEY had shot us.

Quote:" A/)-Saracen.2: Well you see - The people who claim this territory aren't exactly accepting of your organization. "

Quote:[22.10.2016 04:59:35] .:j:.ScrapVulture: Snell: When this is over, AFC, I advise you flee Bering.

[22.10.2016 05:00:00] .:j:.ScrapVulture: Snell: Certain people here aren't too fond of your organization.

Let's examine exactly WHO was in Bering.

The Liberty Navy, the Hellfire, the Auxesia, the [FL-ER] and the Congress.
Now from all of these out of deduction, it was CLEAR AS DAY the congress was talking about the Auxesia.
The Liberty Navy would not harm me.
The Hellfire had no beef over me.
The Freelancer are just buds.

Want to know how this fits in with you, Corsairs brothers?
Today we were attacked at [22.10.2016 17:17:53] we were attacked by the Auxesia in Omicron Gamma carrying precious Kyushu Rice to Crete!
The following evidence has survived, and you may speak to the Corsair that defended me as well:

Quote:[22.10.2016 17:16:38] Asbolus: Rice.
[22.10.2016 17:16:43] {AFC}-Beaming.Fury[P]: yummy

Oh and how can we link this to the Junkers? Lets go back to the talk me and Bill had that day:

Quote:[20.10.2016 00:56:28] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: I seen a few of yer pilots down in Omicron Gamma.
[20.10.2016 00:56:51] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I have not seen any congress around there so I dont know what you are talking about.
[20.10.2016 00:57:26] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: Yer pilots were broadcastin in systemwide comms 'bout their trip down there.
[20.10.2016 00:57:53] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Mhmm? Sure. Continue.
[20.10.2016 00:58:01] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: I'm assumin y'all're movin Artifacts now?
[20.10.2016 00:58:22] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I dont really like to disclose Archangel buisness.

The Junkers are fully aware of the AFC's involvement with the Corsairs, and they made a move to try to gain profit from us while I was down there.
When I refused to agree to their business deal, they must have been angry that a potential customer refused to work with them.

Quote:[20.10.2016 00:58:22] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I dont really like to disclose Archangel buisness.
[20.10.2016 00:58:32] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: It's against our code of conduct as well.
[20.10.2016 00:58:49] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: An I ain't tryin to bait you into sayin you are, cause we sure as hell move 'em.
[20.10.2016 00:59:39] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: I reckon we'd be willin to reset these here stations an anytime yer folks is wantin to fly down there an make some credits
[20.10.2016 00:59:53] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: they'd have access to some cheap Premium Scrap.
[20.10.2016 01:00:14] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: With all due respect, we Archangels are not interested in premium scrap anymore.
[20.10.2016 01:00:28] 2016-10-20 01:00:31 SMT Traffic control alert: .:j:.matster.max has requested to dock
[20.10.2016 01:00:36] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: We're on a contract of our own that is not in the lines of scrap.
[20.10.2016 01:00:45] 2016-10-20 01:00:48 SMT Traffic control alert: .:j:.matster.max has requested to dock
[20.10.2016 01:01:00] .:j:.Artemis|Bill: Alright, to each their own then.

And so it doesn't take much imagination to link that they then send assassins to disrupt our supplies to Crete, as if they cannot make business off of it then they will disrupt it.

I advise you this, People of the Brotherhood. The Junkers are leaches that suck on your problems for business.
And just to give you something else to think about, I had found that these Junkers had also dealings with no other than the Outcasts themselves in supplying them to have them grow in connection with the Bretonian Government. Can we think of WHY Bretonia is needing Outcasts for help? Could it be that Bretonia has a Gallic and Corsair problem?
So yeah. That cargo was known to be used for this purpose to supply the Outcasts and while stopping all these rounds we found that Junker joining in. You draw your own conclusions.

* * *

From all of this, I must conclude you are right about diplomatic efforts between the Hogosha and us.
I have seen that we have been quite foolish in deciding in the past who would be our enemy and who would be or friend.
There may be mistakes, but I believe we may work to bridge new gaps and build new fruitful relations that will benefit the Empire greatly.

P.S. : You want something better than P-scrap? How about some Ship Hill Panels and/or Engine Components. Especially for those Fighter and Bomber craft of yours. Think about it. We can bring in on future deliveries.

Till we speak again, and let the sun never set on The Empire,
Cheers,
