Bug: "CONSOLE: Base is under attack by attacker" won't show if the shield of base ain't working.

I encountered this problem since Sinclair Station and after yesterday post about Iejima,
I made my own PoB on local server then found out that the message "CONSOLE: Base is under attack by attacker" won't show when being attacked under one of these conditions:

1. The base has no shield module.
2. The base has no fuel for the existing shield module

That msg is also logged in playerbase_events.log
So if the base is under attack when shield ain't working, no log about attack message there.

Bug: Nomads can land on Gammu.
====================

Gammuian AI is hostile to nomads. However, nomads can land on Gammu, which feels satisfyingly wrong. Nomads have a 0-Rep with Gammuians, Gammuians have -0.9 with nomads.

Type: Ship Stats
Bug:Repair ship movement is really really slow fot the size. Note this Repair ship is mostly a esqueleton ship hahaha, it dont have too much mass for moving so slow making the main task (reparing others in combats) turns almost impossible. Cannot dodge, have no CMs... For experience, if you try to repair something, you will be shooted down really fast.

Types: Infocard / Equipment / Reputation
Location: Petra Outpost, Sigma-15, Discovering Chaos server (I suspect the bugs are mostly due to the mod, not the server)
Bug#1: Petra Outpost is a Corsairs base, but doesn't sell the Corsairs ID;
Bug#2:Petra Outpost is a Corsairs base, but sells the Junkers ID;
Bug#3:The Petra Equipment Dealer who is a Corsair is willing to sell the Junker ID to my character (a Freelancer who is max green with the Corsairs), even though the Junkers are red to my character (I suppose this could be a glitch unique to the Discovering Chaos server -- it could be tested here if someone has a character with a similar reputation).

Bug: Santa Verna, Omicron Alpha has a bad infocard that references it as Seguro Refugio in Omicron-81. I just logged ingame and checked and the problem persists there as well.

It seems the base used to be in Omicron-81 and the person who moved it didn't fix all the stuff in the infocard. Before landing you get a nice text that is referencing the right base at the right place (Omicron Alpha). But once you dock and unlock the extra infocard information it still tells you about Omicron-81 and the base's old information.

Server_Commands wiki page:
reload - enable/disable autobuy for nanobots/batteries

But when used in-game:
Error: Invalid parameters

Bug: Shield switching OFF
Ship affected: Rhino Freighter

Just that... the Rhino freighter, always switch OFF the shield when jettisonning cargo. It should not.

All Vanilla ships, and a couple of Disco ones, do this due to the presence of the door animation with 'bay_door_anim = Sc_open baydoor' in shiparch.ini. -Alex.
