I am not entirely sure what you mean by using the station as a "staging post". Bretonian law enforcement already has full docking access, as per your laws. However, while we would not be interested in selling the base, your proposal does interest me. We would be willing to provide dedicated facilities for the armed forces, for a small consideration, of course. The scrap metal that can be salvaged from the wreckages of Gallic vessels is of exceedingly high quality, and we would be interested in acquiring some of it. Perhaps we could reach some sort of a deal, hm?
