Mr. Ivan Norovich,

The Cabinet hereby denies your request for a gallic spacecraft. This technologie can only legally be handled by trustet entitys in the borders of our nation and Freelancers do not fall in this category.
I aplogize for the delay but as you know yourself the Cabinet has matters of utmost importance to debate, so a small request can well take a long time to be handled.

In service to the Crown,

Miss Sophie Clarke
Secretary to the Cabinet

Mr. Ivan Norovich,

You seem to missunderstans the definition of trusted entities. In this case that would be the Armed Forces and the Intelligence Service, no one else has a legitimate reason to handle Gallic technologie in Bretonia. If you dont need it to learn how to defend our nation from it, then you will not be allowed to use it.
Bretonia will not take risks by allowing anyone who does not answer to her Majesty to use the enemies weapons.
I hope I made it more clear to you why the Cabinet denied your request, it was not out of ill intend.

In service to the Crown,

Miss Sophie Clarke
Secretary to the Cabinet
