To the Organization as a whole and those it may concern within it,
I have contacted you under uncomfortable terms, as alien threats continue to pierce through our Edge World defenders, and finds its way into the houses. We cannot deny that what we face in the Nomadic threat is an endless enemy, every bit we evolve, they always keep a few paces ahead of us. The minds we have and experience as a race for the field of battle is also endless, and I have come to you all to arrange a meeting and open discussion to remedy our failures, and create something anew that may grant further defense to the innocent.

Hopefully we can arrange something on better terms than our last meeting.
